I was surprised to see reviews about the food lacking flavor. I do not agree with this. They are not a gourmet restaurant. They serve healthy food and they have large portions. It was fine (crunchier granola would be nice), but what made it all the better was staff member Carlos who welcomed me with a smile and courtesy that I think hard to muster so early in the morning! “I was visiting friends in NY, and on the day of my return to FL, my girlfriend took me to Panino Rustico, where I met JACK, he was excellent and authentic New Yorker, with accent and all (adorable).. The menu choices are excellent, we had truffle fries, I had the P48 Panini (steak, mozzarella with peppers & onions) and to cap off as a desert, I had the Iced Nutella Latte... All were excellent. The app used for online order charged some hidden fees that were not made transparent. When I confronted them about this during pickup, they immediately gave me cash back for the hidden fees that even they were not made aware of. I appreciate the honesty and the food was very good. I especially like the steak quesadillas, the Beast and the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak hero. Super tasty! The wings were a little overdone with some burnt sides but overall still tasty. I will order from here again but will call directly to place the order instead of placing the order via the online app.“

I also really appreciate how easy it is to customize; if there’s a specific ingredient you don’t like, they’ll make the adjustment without you having to pick a whole different wrap. “I stopped by the Panini store in Mineola and had one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted fresh, the burger was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were on point.

“I brought 2 blimpies best sandwiches. I was so happy when I realized there is a blimpies 2 minutes from Montefiore hospital. I haven't had my favorite sandwich in years. Blimpies seems to be housed in other stores. Before this time, I found it in a twin donut on 161st and it was 16 dollars. The one on Gunhill and Bainbridge Avenue is in a store named Tasty Picks and was the normal 13 dollars.“
