Good customer service

Food is awesome but the service sucks it was hard to understand what the people were saying. I asked for an artisan Italian with cheeses with turkey and bacon but got bacon and barbecue sauce… in the bread. No meat no cheese… Not even toasted. Not to mention I was supposed to do the order it online. But the app didn’t work it charged me 2 times and didn’t get my money back.
