McDonald's is a busy spot, often crowded with teens, especially during holidays. While the manager is friendly, some workers can be rude and have a super annoying attitude. Be prepared for long wait times, especially with online orders and at the drive-thru, where the service is extremely bad. The staff often seems upset and lacks customer service training. There are many new faces, yet the atmosphere can still be pleasant. The menu items can be limited, and drinks may not always meet expectations, as they are sometimes dirty. However, food quality is decent, and fresh, crispy fries are a highlight. Despite the challenges, there are moments of kindness, as seen when the team celebrated a customer’s dog’s birthday, bringing joy and recognition. Overall, McDonald's can provide a good experience, but management should look into improving staff attitudes and service.
