The drive thru was unavailable. They had no cones or tape to deter customers from going through. It created chaos.An elderly man preferred to deal with a cashier as opposed to the kiosk and they were trying to make use the kiosk. He was obviously unfamiliar or uncomfortable using the kiosk. No communication or compassion towards customers.

Saw the unusually bad reviews and got a little worried. I went to this McDonalds for about a month before I got food poisoning from it a week ago. Ate a McDouble and fry. They're usually busy because of the school nearby, and get really busy around lunchtime on weekdays, so I get the rush, especially with a weekday staff. But the food quality has been wildly varying and since I literally got food poisoning there, I'd be careful with this location.

Crowded with teens on holiday night at 11pm. Overcrowded with teens seems to be regular basis at this location. Very long wait times because of how many people put orders through online because they supply on kiosk service 90% of the time or suggest processing through app, I never see a cashier in person or in passing. Ive had them forget to hand me half of my order and had to come back to the location to retrieve it.

I came here yesterday. Poor customer service it took me a while to get someone's attention to get my mobile order. Fries weren't fresh. Dirty tables. Garbage cans overflowing with trash. This location is next to a few schools. During the week it can get very crowded with students. They need to improve their food quality and customer service.

When you go through the drive thru they don’t tell you if there open or close at least have the courtesy to tell the guest when your open I will never come here again!
