“The staff are very helpful and they all have patience, when I shop I sometimes have to hop back and forth to make the perfect combinations and I love it when the cashier tells me to take my time and not in a sarcastic way. They throw little pointers and tips if they see you need a bit of help or forgot something. You pay for what you want, high quality food.It's very clean, every few minutes I looked up I could see someone dusting the floor, fixing tables and chairs, or throwing away garbage. It's very spacious and you have more than enough room to move around. Music on the speakers are Hofstra based, with a large amount of the tracks belonging to their band. There are many different types of seating to make you comfortable from booths to stools to tables.Their soups are to kill for, I enjoy the creamy and thickness. They aren't cheap with their ingredients, such as a clam chowder will have enough pieces of clam, chicken noodle soup will have enough chicken. They make soup into what it's meant to be, delicious, creamy and heart filled. You also get to serve yourself, so just take what you enjoy the most. The brownies here are so sweet and soft to each bite. I brought a sandwich from this place to my class one time and everyone was just drawn to it's wonderful aroma. Top notch, I hope this place keeps it up because I love it.“

“I've been going here since they opened years ago. I've moved away but still get food from here almost every time I come back to visit (monthly). It's one of the few places that offers endless customizations so I can actually get vegan food on long Island! They even have soy protein!The staff is astonishingly helpful and kind. The last time I ordered, I switched out for soy protein but forgot to remove the bacon when I ordered from the app. They called me immediately before making my order to make sure I wanted bacon in there. Above and beyond my expectations for service.The smoothies are delicious, service is quick and fresh, and they have a ton of options (including plant based protein for smoothies).Always glad to see how well they're doing and that their quality never suffers.“
“First time and could not be more impressed. First the bread , amazing . Chef Guerrieri is spot on with everything he prepares. Freshest ingredients put together perfectly . Did I mention the bread ? Only negative was they were sold out of the octopus ( I did order less than an hour to closing on a Friday in Lent , so I’m to blame) . The replacement the Chef recommended and provided was more than adequate and extremely generous. Great spot , great Chef , highly recommend.“
“I've only discovered Press two months ago, and I've already been there multiple times. The menu is very diverse, making it tough to make a decision. As a vegetarian, that's not always the case. “My first impression of this place was that it was probably just a knock off of Katz. That was until today when I tried the Abe Sandwich which had almost a pound of pastrami in it. I have to say, the pastrami was very tasty/flavorful, so much so that I have to concede in that the pastrami was about as good as I remember the pastrami at Katz being. It was a pricey sandwich, about $25 so only a few bucks cheaper than Katz but the sandwich actually exceeded what I was expecting for a small hole in the wall shop. I asked for mustard on the sandwich and was happy to see that they put mustard on the sandwich but also on the side in a cup as well. I ordered online so by the time I showed up 20 minutes later, I just had to walk in and grab my food. Woman at the front was very friendly, I'll most definitely be back.“
“Great taste of home for this New Orleans transplant. The crawfish etouffee and gumbo are delicious. The bread pudding is yummy too. There is a well stocked market adjacent to the ordering counter that has many basic groceries as well as prepared foods and regional specialties. “I have been following this shop on Ig for a while and finally got around to trying it. Incan happily say I was not disappointed. I had the Jackpot with honey money mustard and my fiance had a chicken caesar wrap and we split drunken fries. All of it was delicious. Both of ours had plenty of chicken and taste. The fries were delicious and the vodka sauce was very good. Also tried the mac and cheese and it was good. Overall cant wait to go back and try more of the menu!“
“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“
“I made a huge order because i was ordering for my office. The gentleman who helped me over the phone for my pick up order was very patient. I had three different orders with special instructions and all separate payments. Yes, i knew it was a lot. He kept his professionalism and grace. I walked into the restaurant and it was clean, smelled sanitized and things were neatly place and organized. As soon as i was greeted by a nice lady at the register when i told her my name my order was close by being prepared. The service was fast and friendly. The gentleman who helped me over the phone let me know we were waiting for my fries and he prepared a lemonade which went with the upgrade for one of my orders. While waiting for the fries we shared a nice small talk about the great service and he let me know getting the lemonade was a better deal than the can soda because the lemonade was 20 ounces and the van was 12 ounces. The staff was great! Now to the food. I tipped in the jar because it’s a great experience. It only got better when he helped me to my car. He placed the food neatly in my car. I started with my appetizer the mini crab cakes. You get five for $10.95. They were seasoned nicely to taste and perfectly baked outside batter. May have been imitation crab meat but hey they were good! The macaroni salad that came with my pastrami Mac melt wasn’t the best. They used rigatoni noodles instead of elbow and it was dry. The Mayo was at the bottom of the cup. I doctored that up and it was okay. But boyyyyy did the pastrami Mac melt melt my taste buds! Wow is all i can say! Temperature wise the food was hot and fresh. The taste of the pastrami was so delicious and savory it went perfectly with the type of bread that was used. The Mac was cheesy and also seasoned (i noticed the pepper) went so well with the meat! This melt is a must have if you like big flavor. This place is fantastic and i will always dine here. Thank you to the staff at Pantano’s for “loving to feed us!” Keep up the awesome work!“
“Solid sandwiches! I was so sad when Village Heros closed down and began my search yet again for that Soul-satisfying sandwich... Roast is in the running! Got the Cubano and the Country Fried Chicken sandwiches - so tasty!! Also enjoyed the house made fries - ordered two for two people but one order would have sufficed. Great portions! The only downside (very slight) would be the Mac and Cheese - not bad but not great. It was the only hiccup during the whole meal. Service was quite friendly and efficient; the seating area was clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and, if you have room for dessert, Ralph's is just a couple of steps away (during the warmer days).“

While I was looking at the menu the employees asked if I needed help and asked my needs and suggested the halal options. The selection wasn't grand but enough to not overwhelm me. I put a couple of receipts up one of them was $39.04 another one was $15.19 now the third one I'm about to put up is $22.77 $35.80 somebody has to go to math class because if you add up those four receipts what is the answer ???“
“Bellmore store is great! The owner, Mitch Cohen is absolutely the most helpful and patient of anyone you could ask to deal with. He spent almost an hour on the phone, helping me navigate ordering on the app which for some reason I was having an ordering problem. Happy one that works there is helpful and the sandwiches are great.“
“Probably the best breakfast sandwich in Nassau County. Lunch sandwiches and menu sandwiches are also top notch. Team behind the counter is always nice and courteous. They also think ahead and ask the little questions that matter when going to your local deli. It's usually a 5-10 minute turn around but on a busy beautiful weekend or during the summer months the earlier the better. Quaint atmosphere with a small counter area by the window to eat at but also a couple of spots outside. In the later hours the back door turns into a no frills all thrill burger haven (red light). Some nights they switch to burritos (green light). Hours for that are 730p-130a (check IG though).“
