The brisket and gravy, the kasha varnishkas, the egg barley with mushrooms, the stuffed derma and dipping sauce, and those INCREDIBLE pastrami dumplings and onions were unbelievably yummy. Mustn't forget the potato salad and cole slaw! And the pickles!! And rye bread soft as a feather pillow. The food here is out of this world. Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. After trying Pat and Gino’s in Philadelphia, and then others, I was convinced that I did not like cheese wiz on my Philly. I was wrong, hands down this is the best. Their breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg, bacon, cheese and hashbrown on a roll is great. I get their Havest Quinoa Salad with crispy chicken and it's always fresh. Well worth the price. I was visiting a friend and we decided to get some, I tried the buffalo chicken cheesteak for the first time and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, so good! A couple weeks later I went to a different jersey Mike's local to me, craving the buffalo chicken and it was not great maybe a 3/5. It had none of the flavor I remember enjoying so much and overall it just missed the mark of what the East Meadow chain delivered. My friend who frequents the East Meadow one says they're always consistent and tasty, so I have to imagine my amazing sandwich there wasn't a fluke. “Pretty good service and clean place !! The boneless wings with barbecue sauce is the best !! Fries are okay but the mozzarella sticks are yummy, I love how perfectly crunchy they are !! Their Lemonades are also very refreshing so definitely come here for a lemonade during the summer !! (Or on hot days) also quick warning, the lemonades have fruit chunks, but they actually make the drink even better, kinda reminds me of boba tea with the tapioca pearls in it.“

Their fries are outstanding - I asked for them extra crispy and each one had a nice crunch to it. Gyro sandwich was very good and fresh. The only improvement I’d suggest is that they actually ROLL it (like the picture on their menu) in paper foil so it’s easy to eat. Instead they fold it in half on a paper plate and wrap that in foil which requires some reconstruction.But I’ll definitely be back, great neighborhood spot for a quick bite!“

“I came here on Sunday evening with my boyfriend. The two gentleman behind the counter were very nice and made us delicious sandwiches. My turkey and provolone was layered perfectly with just the right about of condiments. My boyfriend Philly cheesesteak was cooked to perfection. Only kicker is if we went any later they would have been out of white bread but overall very good experience. We ate inside and the store was presentable.“
