I've been going here since they opened years ago. I've moved away but still get food from here almost every time I come back to visit (monthly). It's one of the few places that offers endless customizations so I can actually get vegan food on long Island! They even have soy protein!The staff is astonishingly helpful and kind. Wow wow wow! I cannot believe the pure kindness and heart the employees put into this establishment. As soon as I stepped in I was met with kindness. I was very impressed by their service and the deliciousness of the food provided. I will definitely be coming back here!

My job requires me to travel and I’m a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie. The Hicksville location has far and away the friendliest staff. The restaurant is clean. The staff are attentive and professional. I go out of my way to eat at this location because of this. Hope this location stays around for a loooong time!!!
