I was introduced to this spot by a friend, and I’ll admit my expectations were low when I heard the cakes didn’t use eggs. But after one bite, I was completely won over. My absolute favorite is their butterscotch cake. It’s rich, flavorful, and perfectly moist. These cakes are so popular that slices often sell out quickly, so I highly recommend reserving ahead of time if you want to guarantee your pick.

Even their cookies are tasty, though I do think they’re a bit pricier for the quantity you get. Still, the cakes are definitely the star of the show and worth every penny.”

I am so happy they have finally brought back their LUNCH BUFFET!!! They did it in such a way that no one else does, they have the buffet table set up & bring out tandoori chicken as well as other dishes FRESH to your table as much as you want so these dishes don’t become dried out or soggy!! ALSO, they change different dishes every day, so we usually go twice a week & it’s always fresh!!! The staff is super friendly & makes us always welcome! They even have their buffet on weekends! They are closed on Tuesday. In case I haven’t said enough, WE LOVE KIRAN PALACE!!!”

“What long island lacks is a truly clean (flavor) and delicious Chinese food spot. Been living in nassau for over 20 years i’ve tried all the chinese food spots. But this one right here? The best.

I may be a bit biased here. But I dislike when chinese food places use old oil and drench everything in grease. Asian house has clean flavor, where you can actually taste the ingredients (from the vegetable fried rice). One thing that I always get from chinese food spots to know their quality is by ordering their shrimp toast. Every other spot i’ve been to near by will serve a burnt, nearly black, old grease filled shrimp toast. But at Asian house, they served me a golden brown shrimp toast where the oil tasted fresh and i can actually taste the shrimp.

We got the shrimp gyoza, the sashimi platter appetizer, Sushi sandwich and spider roll. Everything was excellent, fresh and full of flavor, the sauce with the gyoza was amazing, and my daughter loved her rolls. Definitely check them out. Everything I got in the togoodtogo order was amazing and it was a nice variety it had a bag of goldfish as an extra treat which my kids enjoyed. There was even a handwritten note thanking me for my order which was so sweet and I felt appreciated. The bubble teas were fresh and flavorful and a great value for the price. “Taste of Mumbai is unbelievably good. I've ordered takeout from them 1-2x per month for the last two years and I have NEVER had a meal that I would rate less than an A-. I'm just in awe of how good the food is every single time, and whenever I try something new on the menu I find something else that I love, to the point where now it takes me forever to decide what to order because there are so many amazing options! A few of my favorites are the Methi curry, Green Masala curry, Baigon Bhartha, and onion kulcha. The only downside so far has been that I wish there was more flexibility with spice levels as my wife has a low tolerance and is limited to specific dishes that are naturally very mild.
Overall, Taste of Mumbai has become one of my favorite restaurants and I cannot recommend them any higher.”

Love the variety of sauces that come to the table. And I’m obsessed with their mango juice. They do make a very unique chicken with Mac and Cheese that I ask for all the time since my kids love them. The stew chicken, jerk chicken and fried chicken with rice and peas are on point. “Kandahar Grill is truly one of the best places in New York for authentic Afghan food. The flavors are rich, fresh, and full of tradition. Every dish tastes homemade and prepared with love. The kebabs are perfectly grilled juicy and full of amazing spices.
