As a customer who's paying almost $20+ for a bowl, nobody wants to see your server take a scoop of chicken and then shake half of it off before putting it in your bowl. No problem being heavy-handed with corn, tomatoes, or something else that’s less expensive. But when it comes to the protein, they they don't do the same.. You need to train your staff better; they are incredibly impatient and don't listen to what people say. I've had to repeat myself up to three times.
