Had a lovely transaction at the drive thru. The young man at the window looked me in the eye, provided a friendly smile and pleasant conversation for the few moments I was at the window. In a generation where I find pleasantries and eye contact is lacking, this gentleman is well above the bar! Kudos to you young man!“
