“I went to the Taco Bell on Hylan and used the drive-thru. Overall, the experience was pretty good. The food was fresh, and my order was accurate, which I really appreciated. The wait time was reasonable, even though it was a bit busy. The drive-thru itself, though, was a little narrow, which made it slightly tricky to navigate, especially if you’re in a larger vehicle. Despite that, the process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long for my food.
The location is convenient, and I liked that everything was well-organized, making it easy to get my order and be on my way quickly. I’ll definitely be stopping by again whenever I’m in the mood for a fast food.“
“The young man who took my order was one of the nicest most courteous people I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant, The kid is probably making minimum wage but still cared about getting my order right & what he was doing there, He should be an example for all young black men and his parents should be proud, I hope he doesn't let this evil world change his attitude, Stay you and I have no doubt you will excell at everything you do in life👍🏼🙏🏼😇“
“BAD MANAGEMENT FROM A BAD MANAGER: My son place a big order and they gave him the wrong stuff when he ask to speak with the manager, the manager refused to correct the order claiming “what do you want me to do with the food, I can’t put it in the garbage “ and he insisted not to fix it. Shame on you. Don’t go even closer to this place.“
“5 stars for employee Brian, who went above and beyond last week to compensate and help with an order issue (we ordered breakfast and waited 20 mins for the order to come out, but none of the employees came out to tell us that the order was cancelled - as they no longer serve breakfast- despite us being the only customers in the store). Naturally, I was extremely annoyed that my time had been wasted but Brian immediately dissipated my heightened emotions with his composure, patience and empathy towards my situation. Highly recommend him for promotion or some type of award based on how he dealt with this otherwise stressful scenario. Thank you again to Brian!!!“
