“Grew up on Inman, so Taco Bell naturally became a weekly staple. This location is iconic with decades of history. Shoutout to Reem and Steve for the greatest drive-thru customer service! They’re both super efficient, friendly and accommodating.“
“Our experience was great. We made mistake in our order and forgot to swap need to beans. But kitchen staff had noticed our entire order was vegetarian so they came out and ask us if it was mistake or we want to swap. This is called great customer service and being vigilant about customer order. It’s a very small thing but very important for us being vegetarians.
If they want they could have made the order with beef and could have said no to replace after we got it because it was our fault.
