“I've been to Edison Tex Mex Deli several times, and it's always a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, the prices are hard to beat, and they have plenty of great vegetarian options.
My go-to order is the Tex Mex Veggie Fries—they're absolutely loaded with flavor and more than enough to satisfy a craving. I also love the tacos, and you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The portions are huge for the price, so you definitely get great value.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the decor strikes the perfect balance between elevated and relaxed. It's a comfortable spot whether you're grabbing a quick bite or staying to enjoy your meal. Highly recommend!“

“Really good birria taco spot! The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. We Loved the corn. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, and the lady who took our order was very friendly. She even brought the food out to us which I appreciated. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“The place is beautiful, clean, well managed and good staff.
But the food is very hit or miss, some stuff is good and some choice in menu is questionable kike pineapple sheero that's not traditional food. It leaves room for desire.“

“The food in this place is really good, the tacos, burritos and homemade Mexican soups are outstanding. The place is a little dated and they have a very small parking lot. I must admit I do have one pet peeve with the beef soup. They put green beans in the soup. Not a fan of that. Other than that the service and people working there are very nice“

“Food was so tasty! I got shrimp in a chile sauce and it was not crazy spicey it was perfect ! The breakfast Hondurecho was what my friend got and she loved it ! Everything tasted fresh and I was full for hours ! The fresh lemonade was also so freaking! I will be returning ??“

“By far the best-run Taco Bell I have visited. I actually drive more than 14 miles to come to this location because the food quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently exceptional. The team here clearly follows Taco Bell standards the right way — this location should be a benchmark for others in the region.“
