“The prices are high. Crunchwrap supreme with nacho fries and a drink for $16 is wild. But things are getting expensive in many fast food places. The place is very clean and quick service. Only issue is the addicts that come in asking for money.“
“Hi , don’t come here! My husband and I came here our older was messed up, the moment I checked the bag and opened the tacos and the burrito they had no meat in them . In the tacos it has more vegetables than the ground beef , same thing with our burritos . My burrito has no ground beef but all rice and that nasty ssa smashed beans . I was disgusted because their customer service was horrible as well. The bronx really does have the worst customer service and food at fast food restaurants. Plus I don’t understand how you can mess up on someone’s food when it don’t even take too long to make and all the food is processed. Do better“
“pretty clean, you order your food on the kiosk and get it in pretty good timing. just be prepared to take your food to go because theres not many seats and at least one table is always taken by doordashers waiting for their next order. staff isnt looking at who comes in either, so getting harassed by creeps and homeless people is very frequent. i dont usually feel safe eating here“
“Ok so here we go this taco bell 1 of the cleanest and friendliest (maybe cause they dont speak english) service i liked,if they made a mistake dont worry they will correct it..now the only bad thing is the drug addicts and homeless people that will stagger in there and ask you for money or something to eat but besides that I'll go back“
“First time there and the workers were moving ? they had fast service , place was very clean and one of the employees was passing me a cup while inspecting it and saw it was dirty so he tossed it and passed me a clean one after also rinsing it ? small things. When I got to my destination and looked at the food the items were not skimpy they were made like they should be all the time where at other locations theres barely anything inside.“
“There is one beautiful dark skin woman in specific who for some reason looks at all the customers weird. I do not know her name however she’s usually in the front with the 2 other light skin girls, 1 of them being a little chubby. She’s the one with the darkest complexion. She doesn’t seem to like when anyone looks at her. I noticed her pointing out customers, like young pretty girls her age that she doesn’t like. She distracts her co workers to talk about a customer. She looks at people wrong. I’m not sure what the issue is but the buss should tell her no one wants to fight her, she has to stop standing there looking for customers to stare at and work like the other girls who are very helpful“
“I ask the lady cashier Rashida to help me pick out my food she exercised patience and kind .I enjoyed her service and her choice.. I had chalupa and I also tried churros. Both very enjoyable.. place was clean and calm. I'm not usally a taco bell person but I had a good experience.. nice location....“

“Food is AMAZING here, love it. Most the time staff are chill except one time this one dude gave me a look and said something dismissive but I ignored him cause I loved the energy of the other staff. The location is in a perfect place, would recommend this location for affordable meal deals and DELICIOUS food.“
“The girls working the evening shift on 2/16/26 in the Conner location are amazing. I have visited a dozen Taco Bell’s in Queens and Long Island. The food has never tasted this delicious. My son said the girls are doing God work and he is a vegan. Kudos to the girls working that shift. I just wanted to say that I appreciate your service and hard work.“
“It’s a Taco Bell/KFC combo, and they’re consistently on point when it comes to getting food orders right. Customer service is good, and while the drive-thru is usually busy, there’s a free parking lot, which is definitely a plus. The location is right off the Cross Bronx Expressway, so this is a very busy, high-traffic area.
Anthony is a great manager, and the team clearly knows what they’re doing. They work well together and keep things moving. The Uber Eats drivers, on the other hand… that’s a whole different story. 😂 They can be a headache and honestly don’t do the business any favors.
One big change since my last visit is that the dining area is gone. A few months ago, I was able to sit down and eat here, but that’s no longer an option. There are no tables and no restrooms either, so these days I just order online, pick up my food, and head home.
The Jamaican lady who works here is super nice. I actually love how straightforward she is with the delivery drivers. 😂 She can be a little rude with them, but honestly, sometimes you have to be—especially with some of those guys!
Overall, I hope things continue to improve because there’s definitely potential here, and I’m sure they’ll get things even better in the future. Just keep in mind that this is a very busy area, and the neighborhood isn’t exactly the most relaxing. If you’re stopping by, my recommendation is simple: order your food, pick it up, take it home, and enjoy it there. 🌮🍗“

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get from street to the sidewalk to the front of Taco Bell, once inside to the register and back.“
