Selena that works at the drive thru has no customer care what so ever. After paying my money and picking up my order from her at the drive thru she didn't even say THANK YOU. Dam is that to much to ask for. I know this New York and not down south. If you don't like your job act like you care.
This is not one of the better taco Bells to visit. I ordered a beef burrito and instead of beef strips as it was pictured it was mashed up and look like dog food. I was so disappointed I could not eat it because of the smell. The smell was not appealing for a human consumption. Taco Bell was one of my favorites for years but this is not the one.

It was horrible. Very, extremely rude staff. Had an issue with the food due to being allergic to sour cream. They would not fit it. Would NOT give me the Managers name because apparently there was no Manager working. They told other customers that I was being crazy. I had three staff members yelling at me and my child.
