I’m a huge Italian food lover, but I rarely write restaurant reviews. I’ve been to plenty of Italian restaurants, including places with thousands of reviews, and usually leave feeling like something was missing. But here, everything was just right. The food was perfect, and the service was absolutely fantastic.

It’s rare to find an Italian restaurant this good on Long Island. Highly recommend!“

When I called asking if you could accommodate a large party after plans to go into the city fell apart, you made it happen within a 1/2 hour even though you were super busy with other parties and on a Saturday night before Mother's Day. You welcomed us with open arms and treated us like royalty. You, Sal & your staff made sure we were happy, and we were. The staff is amazing. Patrizia's, as busy as it is all the time, never fails to provide the most delicious and fresh food and in abundance of it. The staff is very attentive and all work well together. The atmosphere is also a lot of fun. You have definitely gained 24 lifetime customers. God Bless!“

“The pan seared roasted chicken is amazing!!! My family and I found this place a few weeks ago. It's a beautifully decorated, clean and fairly new establishment with a very polite staff. “Atlantic Pizzeria on Atlantic Ave in Freeport NY- It was my first time visiting this restaurant today and though I don’t normally write reviews, I felt compelled to state what a wonderful establishment! My daughter, who is very shy, spilled a drink in there and the workers replaced it immediately at no charge and cleaned it up right away! “We lucked upon this lovely place when staying in a nearby hotel due to a canceled flight. I highly recommend the burrata appetizer; our other dishes were great too but came from the specials menu so you may not be able to get them consistently. Soft shell crabs, veal osso buco... but I think anything you get there will be fresh and of the highest quality. Good wine list too. If we ever find ourselves in the neighborhood again we will make a point of returning to Franina.“

“One of the best Italian restaurants in Lynbrook or anywhere else. They use the freshest and highest quality ingredients and prepare the food exquisitely. I ordered takeout tonight for six people in my extended family and served it family style, and everyone was raving about the food. We ordered Scallops Oreganato, Shrimp Stuffed with Crabmeat, Chicken Francese, Zuppe di Clams White Sauces and a few appetizers and it was all superbly prepared. “Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

“We moved off Long Island over 8 years ago and always loved la Parma when we lived here even though it was an hour drive for us to enjoy the amazing food. This time when we came up to visit for Christmas we knew we had to get there for a great dinner. I can easily say it still is one of the best places to get amazing Italian food around. The Chicken Napoli was phenomenal and there is nothing like their penne à la vodka! The drinks were great and service was top notch. We also happened to go the day after Christmas when we got lots of snow and the car valet even brushed off our car! We were so happy to not feel rushed because we were there with great friends and just really enjoying ourselves! We can’t wait to come back and visit from Georgia to have their food again!“

“Steak night was fabulous. The fillet mignon was like butter and cooked to perfection. We loved the creamed spinach and the steak fries. And the special dessert. the chocolate mousse was superb. Looking forward to the next steak night in August. The owner Michael is warm and friendly. The entire staff is accommodating -particular shout out to Eric, who was a wonderful server for us, but everyone there is fabulous if you haven't tried Lennox and Park, please do. Every night is a treat.“

“Our first time here, based upon reviews and vicinity to our home. While the food was tasty, hot and nice portions, the service was terrific the overall atmosphere was lacking. It was excessively loud, small and cramped dining area. The seating should have been about 25 not the sqeezed in seating of 36, when we sat to ate.
I recommend reservations, like we had, to sit for dinner, even on a Sunday.
My wife had the pear & walnut salad, the fusilli pasta & sausage and Italian (made in-house) cheesecake. All were great. I had the watermelon & feta salad, salmon piccata with veggies and pistachio Gelato.

It is average market priced.
Clean environment, and bathroom, but the kitchen door to the dinning room should have remained closed.
We will try it again in the near future.“

“I had Mauro’s cater my block party, and I couldn’t have been happier! The food was absolutely phenomenal—everything was fresh, delicious, and a huge hit with everyone at the party. We had so many compliments on the food throughout the day! The portions were great, the service was amazing, and everything was handled perfectly. “Delicious paninis, wait times were a bit long for take out the few times I've been. The food is always fresh. Parking can be difficult but u can park along the road & walk over if the lot is full. U can also order ahead online for pick up. The tortellini is also really tasty & my sons favorite.“

“I had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Zona last night. I was originally booked to have the party on Saturday, but the bride came down with the flu. Gianna was so helpful and accommodating. She was able to change the date for me without hesitation. The day of the affair, the staff was so helpful in getting the room set up for us. Our waitress, Jodi, was absolutely incredible. She made sure that our guests had a fresh drink before they even realized their drink was empty. The food was delicious and plentiful. But most of all, the service that Jodi provided to us was outstanding. I would book another event at Zona without hesitation.“

They are relaxed and eager to please. We were 40 people for a 50th Wedding Aniversary and allowed everyone to order from the menu.
Unheard of to serve hot specialty foods all at once. The dood was Plated with care and artistry. They served amazing Chocolate martinis and catered to everyone's wishes. The pizza looked outstanding!
