“So happy we stumbled across this place. Our new go to for sandwiches. We get chicken cutlet, fresh mozz, pickles, hot sauce and pickles on a hero. Generous size sandwich for $10. Love it! Good chicken salad too. I always see people in there getting pizza pies so I'm curious how those are. Family owned. Good greek cookies too. Doesn't look like much from the outside but definitely worth a try!“
“First time here and won’t be my last! I’m someone who looks for high quality sandwiches and these guys can make one! I got the “club”. Perfect amount of meat and the bacon was perfectly cooked. Service was quick and there was many other goodlooking options. Support small business!“
“I had to get a catering order in quickly for a weekday event. The gentleman who took care of my order was so helpful. He offered choices that were good for the event size and type. The storefront is a little difficult to get to during dinner time because it shares the parking lot with a very popular restaurant that does a valet service for their patrons, which means cars and crammed and lined up where you need to go. Villa Maria has a few of their parking spots, so as long as you're able to get through the mess in the front, there should be space in the back. They threw in garlic bread for free & made sure that the food was packaged very well. I had brought my own boxes to anticipate difficult transfer, but there was no need. Food was pretty good, stayed hot until I needed to serve it. It looks a little run down inside, but I would say this is a pretty solid joint for take-out. I would order a catering package from them again.“
“I ordered a Sicilian online with a chocolate pie and peanut butter pie piece. The pizza was a 7 out of 10. Hot, cheesy, and saucy. Could have a been a tad tastier. The desserts were very good. The driver made it under the time. He forgot forks, but came back to give us some....amazing!!! The Sicilian pie was a bit expensive at $30 in a regular pie box.“

“Nice Italian neighborhood restaurant with a family dining appeal. Large dining area with wait service. Menu had plenty of options - but we were focused on the pizzas. Table bread and butter worked up an appetite, but lacked the fresh baked aroma. Calamari and chicken Francese pizzas were pretty awesome and very different. A little tough to eat the slices with the heavy and saucy toppings, but a fork and knife worked like a charm. Happy to return for another round.“
“Excellent! Food was top notch. The scallops were the best my fiancé and I have ever had. He said his gnocchi was the best he’s ever had. We will be back! Staff were excellent as well.Vegetarian options: We are both mainly vegetarian but will eat fish on special occasions. Enough of the menu for us to choose from!“
“(Edited my og review because it was poorly written and rushed.)So there I was, on a spontaneous adventure, when suddenly, BAM! Google throws me a curveball - "Nutella Empanada." You bet I was intrigued. It was like the universe daring me, "Bet, let's go."Stumble into this place, and it's like I've walked into the heart of the local scene. This guy, just oozing neighborhood vibes, hits me with, "You're not from around here, huh? Welcome to the best Italian spot in town." And he didn't stop there - gave me the lowdown on all the hidden gems nearby. This dude was living and breathing local charm, and I was here for it. The lobby? Packed with the coolest cats you could meet.Turns out, snagging a table at this joint is usually like finding a unicorn - pretty darn rare. But guess what? They worked some magic and got us in... into an outdoor igloo, no less! Yeah, you read that right. An igloo! (Peep the pics for proof - it's as rad as it sounds.)Now, let's talk food. Holy smokes, it's delish. The staff? Angels in disguise, I swear. Super friendly, on-point, and ready to make your experience top-notch.Oh, and if you see anything with Vodka sauce on the menu, just do yourself a favor and order it. It's a solid 10/10. Trust. All in all, this spot isn't just a restaurant; it's a local legend. Do yourself a favor and drop by. You won't regret it.“
“We held a private event for about 25 people last weekend in the upstairs space at Two25 and I could not have been more pleased! Leading up to our event, Andrea was very helpful and responsive, and the rest of the staff was just as incredible day-of. They were attentive to us and our guests (adults and children alike), regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and everyone had what they needed. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was fantastic. It was the perfect place for our event, and we'll absolutely be back next time we're in the area!“
“Saturday evening dinner without a reservation. Walking in, my eyes immediately gravitated to the pictures of the owners and the many celebrities that have eaten and visited there before. The bar area is very nice and large, with TVs playing sports and news. We were greeted, welcomed and seated immediately. The dining area is very large and decorous. The tables large enough to sit us all. My cousin-in-law and his family frequent the restaurant and he practically knows everyone there, so as we sat, we were introduced to the owners and pretty much about a half dozen waiters and other staff members. All were extremely friendly and welcoming. As expected with all family style restaurants, the tables are very close to one another but positioned in a way that still allowed for ample space for you to move and sit comfortably. When we sat, there were hardly any people there, but within an hour it was full of patrons and large families. It was loud, but manageable. The food was unbelievably delicious. I haven't had true traditional family style Italian food in a long time. From the Fried Calamari and cold antipasto appetizers, to our Veal Parmigiana, Penne allá Vodka with Shrimp and prosciutto entrees. Paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon Palermo Napa, I truly enjoyed my meal. I haven't enjoyed food this good in a long time. My girls shared a huge plate of Chicken fingers and fries, and they loved it. I highly recommend anyone who's in the area to dine here. You won't regret it. Thank you for a great meal and patronage.“
“For top-notch pizza and exceptional service, head to Catusco Pizza in Huntington Station. Their pizzas are flavor-packed with a perfect crust and fresh toppings. The menu also features appetizing options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. The friendly owner makes every visit memorable. Catusco Pizza is a must-try spot in Huntington Station. (Try their vodka slice and the penne a la vodka and thank me later)“
“The only suggestion is go during the week ??! It’s so good!! There was a line out the door on a cold Friday night. Great food, great service! Great dining experience. A new regular place. Do yourself a favor and go here! The owner no only apologized 4 times for the wait because of how unbelievably busy they were(completely understandable after eat here) he greeted everyone, made sure to shake hands and say goodbye to every table. The staff was great, thought, engaging. The food was great. It was well priced. Thank you! Definitely see you againVegetarian options: Good vegetarian options. The choice for vegan food.“
“Absolutely amazing! I've been wanting to stop by here for some time now and regret not coming in sooner. My husband wanted to try Farm Italy but Joanina had been calling my name for a year now. He reluctantly agreed came in on a busy Saturday night no reservation. Initially told an hour wait but they were able to seat us in this look nook area within minutes and I absolutely loved this little intimate cozy spot. I love margaritas initially I wasn't going to get one and was going to stick to wine but my husband ordered one as I stepped out to get something from the car. This is now one of my fav places for a good marg! I ended up having 4 usually it's 2 max! We started with a app special burrata, artichokes and peppers and yum yum so delicious! We decided to split a pasta and meat yikes incredibly good! I mean just outstanding pork with eggplant, prosciutto and mozz over a Marsala sauce oh my just incredible! Pasta another hit too perfect amount of cream just a touch and those mushrooms yum! We ended up going back a week later and I went with their bolognese another amazing hit! I also had their creamy burrata with prosciutto just so good. My goal is to try everything on their menu! Their pizzas look amazing too so looking forward in trying them.“
“Always a special night at Grasso's. We've been coming since before the new owners. And it is better than ever. They serve a fresh baked roll with a hint of garlic when you sit down. For entrees, we have had the bone in veal chop twice, both times really large, and excellent. Previously parmigiano and last night with an incredible mushroom sauce, so good. We have had the zucchini linguini every time we dine here since we first tried it. It is all veggies, and all delicious. Ended with decaf coffee and decaf cappuccino, hot and impossible to distinguish from caffeinated coffee. I do not add milk to coffee if the restaurant does it right, which Grasso's always does. Served with biscotti I'm pretty sure came from a good bakery, not a package. Always live music, and where else can you find that on Long Island?“
“20/10 Westbury Manor was more than I could have imagined. It rained on my wedding day and all the staff worked their butts off to make sure my day went perfectly, and it did!!! This place runs like a well-oiled machine. Upon booking, I spoke with Mike. He was one of the first reasons why I wanted to book with WBM. Any questions I had, Mike was always there to give me the information I needed. Sandra was the next person I worked with and she was also just as amazing. The BEST part of my day was Phil, our Matre’d and Claudia our bridal attendant. These two are sensational!!!! Talk about TEAMWORK!!!! They were running out in the rain for me, carrying the train on my dress, keeping us cool calm and collected all day and got us anything that we needed. The list goes on for these two on how hard they worked and how much they did for us. Both of them were at our sides all day to make sure everything was up to par. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. We received so many compliments on Phil and Claudia and how wonderful they were to our guests as well as my husband and I. If you want to feel like Royalty on your wedding day, WBM is the venue for you. Jerry, the owner, even came up to my husband and I to make sure we were happy. I am now looking for ANY reason to book another celebration at WBM!!!“
“Here to celebrate a birthday. What a hidden gem! The ambiance was beautiful and intimate, the food absolutely delicious and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Everyone was sooo nice. Although we were the last ones to leave on a Thursday evening we were never pressured in any way. Thank you for a lovely evening. We will definitely be back!“
“Have passed this pizzeria many times and never went in cause I just thought the parking was too difficult . Someone told me today that this was their favorite pizza in Plainview ( it at the border of Plainview and Hicksville on Woodbury road and south oyster bay road). I asked why and he said , it's the cheesiest! Anyway, I decided to try it and was very pleased. I had a cauliflower pizza which was excellent and I could present it was healthier. The regular slice was also good and really cheesy as promised. Inside the dining room is nicer than you can tell from the outside. The staff are efficient and accommodating. You can park on the street , but they DO have a parking lot in back, around the corner. Gotta say, although I haven't been here for 28 years, I plan to return.“
“Kayla was our server, and supplied the vibe. She recommended the Speck pizza with hot honey, and that pizza changed my life. So damn good! I’m not kidding when I say that I loved it so much I ordered another one to go, to enjoy later that night. That smoked mozzarella ?. The Gnocchi was awesome and they even offer it in a bread bowl! The Italian sodas are also good, if you love natural ginger flavor, the apple ginger one for sure hits.“
“Great neighborhood family owned italian restaurant. It always so enjoyable eating at Eliza's. Chef makes great food and always has great specials to choose from each night. We started we baked clams and needed to ask for more bread to soak up all that delicious sauce. We both decided on pasta for dinner and both were great choices. I went with pasta rollo which was rolled up fresh lasagna. After seeing similar dishes online I always wanted to try it glad they had it and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed her pasta with chicken & broccoli. Since it was Tuesday they have pasta night and both dishes came with a nice salad.“
“The staff were great. They are attentive, friendly and beyond accommodating. The interior is so pretty. The food which to me is the most important part was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to go back and try more dishes. The drinks were also delicious.“
“This is the best pizza in the Seaford Wantagh area, which is saying something. I 've worked through the menu in pizza and pasta items, and it is definitely thin crust NYC rooted, but also is just full of flavor. The round grandma is a gimmick, but is still delicious. The spinach and white pizza is the best I ever had. The baked ziti is cheesed top to bottom, not just one drop of ricotta like most places. Found these guys just this year, and now they're my go to. Thanks for opening nearby, and for the WLIR vibe w the music choices.“
“Delightful Italian experience! We started with sautéd calamari and the Ceaser perfect for the both of us. The penne a la vodka was aldente and creamy, and the halibut was perfectly cooked amazing with the potato and escarole combo. Exceptional flavors, friendly service a must try! True hidden “
“This restaurant is my husband and I favorite place on Long Island . We go weekly and it’s always consistent. Everything on the menu and the specials is amazing . My husbands been frequenting this place for over 30 years . The best of the best . The owner Billy is a great friend, a gentleman and always does right ! The staff is a pleasure as well . Best service! Can’t say enough good things . Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!“
“Went there with a 10 friends and staff was happy to accommodate, especially cuz we called ahead. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite our slight rowdiness and the food was absolutely amazing and ofc the breadsticks were off the hook as was the soup. Absolutely recommend“
“Great food and incredible service. We were a party of 6 that stopped by for dinner on a Thursday. Food was delicious, great presentation. We were celebrating a birthday and the folks at George White all made it very special. Highly recommend.“
“This place is so good. They have amazing Italian food although it's in an unexpected place. The servers are also super nice and friendly and the ambience is modern, clean, and pretty cute. I think sometimes they have live music and that's really nice. Make sure to try their pastas. Super delicious“
“After seeing this place on Instagram, I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere, service and drinks were great but the food, was a big no which makes me feel I won’t come back here. The steak was over cooked and well done instead of medium, the sauce it came with was bitter. The ravioli was cold like it came out the refrigerator, they remade it and then it was chewy, wasn’t boiled well.“
“Rialto's motto: Good Friends. Good Food. From my research I surmised Rialto has been around over 14 years. I was surprised the restaurant does not market their establishment date with their motto, as 14+ years is no small feat. My original visit a few years ago, attending an event with my colleagues bundled in a smaller section of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. It had myself questioning whether I should attend yet another milestone event squished in a corner. After succumbing to the pressures as to why I should attend, I was pleased that this evening's Jan 2024 Retirement Dinner, was set up in the larger part of the restaurant. Great company. Entering from the main door you are met with a warm, cozy glow on the smaller, bar side of the restaurant and then an immediate separation to the larger main dining area. The main area allowed the space needed for co-workers not seen in ages an opportunity to mingle freely. Much more comfortable. Good food. A small sample of the Berkshire Pork Chop was perfectly prepared. I definitely recommend. My Almond Crusted Stuffed Chicken Breast was a savory, sweet dish with the accompanying mashed Sweet Potatoes. Another perfect combination. To add to the pleasantries of the evening, our obviously skilled servers offered prompt, satisfactory service. Any request I or my table companions made were fulfilled without any necessary follow up. There may have been exceptions, though all appeared content with the service. If the opportunity arose again and dependent on the circumstances I would return to Rialto. TIP: Parking Lot in back Residential parking available“
“Love this place. I live right across the street. I'm in love with their grandma's pizza. The food is delicious. Shrimp scampi is my favorite. And their garlic knots are so garlicky. I usually get a dozen and eat them all myself in way under 2 days. It is my go to place for pizza and pasta. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.“
“We never leave disappointed! We had the mushroom rice balls, tuna tartar, the lamb special and the linguine with crab special. All were FANTASTIC. I even requested to make the linguine a little spicy and the chef delivered. We finished our dinner with the dog cheesecake (also a special) and an espresso martini. Jonathans is a hidden gem with amazing food and service!“
“This was actually my first time here and it did not disappoint. I came here with a large group and the service and the food were phenomenal. It was so good I even called the next day to tell them how great they were . Everything from start to finish was fantastic. We had the wings ,which are the best wings I ever had. We had the meatballs., four different types of pizza and salads. They also had the best dirty martini I ever had. They made it perfect. Will definitely be back.“
“Taste Haven fills a void in the area for healthy flavorful food. I really enjoy their paninis and smoothies and am excited to try more of the menu. I recommend ordering ahead and picking up because the food is made fresh and takes a bit. They also have online ordering, delivery and meal prep but haven’t tried that yet.“
“I was very skeptical of this place at first, but it was amazing. So the concept is Italian-Mexican food. It works. And it works very well.We ordered 3 tacos as well as the surf and turf quesadilla. I was absolutely blown away by the taste and quality of everything. The quesadilla was one of the best I've had in a long time. The steak was juicy, the shrimp wasn't chewy, and the flavors were amazing. For tacos, we got the ital-Americano, chicken parm, and maialino. Every one was tasty in its own way. The Ital-Americano was super juicy, the chicken parm was just delicious chicken parm in a shell, and the mialino was juicy with just the right amount of spice.I need to remember next time to sign up for the rewards program since I know I'll be back there a lot.Parking: Parking all over.“
“Ordered one of their Super Bowl packages and was absolutely blown away by not only the amount of food, but the taste. My husband said that the costumer service was amazing while picking up- on one of the most busiest days. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant!“
“Cefalu is our family's go to for takeout & delivery. Just haven’t gotten around yet to dining in. We love everything we’ve ever ordered. Pizza is top notch and we even had pivoted during the pandemic from our go to pizza place (for 15+ yrs) to Cefalu since they offered many more choices other than pizza. It was then that we were hooked! Also a must add - ALWAYS superior customer service. Joseph, the owner, has even personally delivered a DoorDash forgotten item and always addresses any order mix ups (hardly any at all) apologetically and quickly. Accountability is a rare quality these days! 200% recommendation Cefalu! You won’t be disappointed - delicious food and great people!“
“A unique restaurant offering Mexican and Italian cuisine. My partner and I started off with a delicious Greek salad and then both had fajitas. There was an abundance of the chicken and steak in the fajitas. They came out sizzling hot and were seasoned nicely and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is not large and has a friendly and family atmosphere. Definitely check it out!!!“
“They took the $10 Espresso Martini off the Happy Hour menu, darn it! Now it is regularly priced at $17. Trento’s version of the Espresso Martini is my favorite one on Long Island! The fried calamari is so lightly breaded that I felt I was eating just the fish. It is the best calamari that I have ever had on Long Island. However, the Fusilli Bolognese tasted meh! Nevertheless, this restaurant deserves five stars for its quality of food and superb service.“
“Met a friend of mine at this restaurant for dinner. We were both very pleased with our experience. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and efficient. Great selection on the menu. We both ordered the salmon which was delicious. Absolutely a place that we will frequent again. Overall friendly and comfortable atmosphere.“
“Great place! Food is amazing! Best gyros ever!! Service is nice, staff is friendly, very clean! Been coming here for years and will continue. Highly recommend.... thanks for making customers feel at home! Especially Edmond.....That's how you know it's family operated ! Your gyro fans Jimmy and Dina, dine in and take out both were great experiencesVegetarian options: They have many rice and veggie platters, pasta, falafals“
“La Ginestra has become out favorite restaurant in Glen Cove. The food and service are great. And here's a little secret. If you don't see it on the menu, ask your server if the chef can prepare what you want. No guarantee, but you may be surprised that get what you wish for.“
“My favorite place for a cocktail. The bartenders are lovely and they always make you feel at home.Love to eat at the bar some nights!Vegetarian options: Gnocchi, artichoke, pasta, eggplant, salad and delicious desserts!Dietary restrictions: Diet friendly. They will find you an option.Parking: Come early and you’ll find parking.Kid-friendliness: Nice family place. They always accommodate.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! In front and in back.In back is the parking lot too!“
“My twin daughters' had their Sweet 16 dinner with 20 friends. The food, the atmosphere, the service, the accomodarions....OUTSTANDING!Vegetarian options: The have plenty of vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: The staff was so welcoming to 20 teenagers for 3 hours! The owner and staff were so very considerate to them all!“
“First time here. Great atmosphere, the place looks great. The service was on point. We shared the excellent meatballs and lasagna as an appetizer. The only critisizm an its nit picky is the pasta in the lasagna was a bit over cooked. It was still delicious. The pizza who's name I regretfully forget (rectangular crust, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil) was excellent, particularly the crust. We will return!“
“Went for lunch about a month ago. Excellent service, and the answer to my request for something a little off-menu was "absolutely". The Veal Sorrentino was very good but serving could have been larger. The clam appetizer was good, if a little different. The coffee and sorbet were acceptable. Nice ambiance...not my favorite place, but I will return.“
“My favorite pizzeria. The best one I’ve ever had in all of NYC and Long Island in terms of service and quality. And that’s coming from a carbophile that lives in the city and grew up in Long Island, so it’s fair to say this opinion comes from quite a large sample “
“Absolutely fantastic! What a gem!We were in town for a very quick visit and stumbled across this amazing restaurant! We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was simply delicious. Tender, cooked perfectly, and very tasty. As a main dish, I ordered the special seafood pasta fra diavolo. It was amazing. My wife ordered the branzino special and that too was divine. We closed out with a tiramisu that was one of the best we ever had.Added bonus, Tuesday is 40% off wine, so we had a great bottle for a super deal!Lastly, Cristian, our server was top notch! We will highly recommend this incredible restaurant with great ambiance and over the top food!“
“Some of the best speciality squares in the area. Their regular pies are great to, a slightly thinner crust than the traditional NY slice. Service counter is always on top of their game cause the place can get packed, so staff is always working hard to get you your order done. Only a handful of high tops inside to eat your slice at but the business is set up perfectly to go in and grab your order on the go, but in the nicer weather they do a great job setting up picnic tables.outside to enjoy great pizza and the warm weather. Very clean as well.“
“Angela is truly a remarkable individual. I had my graduation celebration there in 2022, and family members have told me nothing but positive things. It had a homey feel to it. It was a lovely place that fit my entire family very well. Even though Angela and I are not related, it feels like a small family reunion almost every time we go. Very welcoming restaurant.“
“I always enjoy dining at Piccolo Bussola! My family and I often dine there and it's the first place I go for gift cards! Everyone I know enjoys receiving a gift card for a wonderful meal at Piccolo! The waiters are always kind and very attentive. The food is delicious! I highly recommend this wonderful neighborhood spot.“
“Very good food at Popei's starting with their garlic+ bread. I had the lobster and shrimp stuffed penne in vodka sauce - hearty, tender, perfectly cooked seafood without that rubbery feeling in a fantastically creamy sauce. I sliced my stuffed penne into diagonal strips and every bite was amazing. Others had the crab leg and steak special; crab wasn't as good as my shrimp and lobster being a little over-boiled perhaps but the skirt steak had great flavor and chew. Most entrées hovered around $30. Would absolutely return.Note they have valet parking due to its popularity and limited parking space - so bring some small bills.“
