“Great night out celebrating my sister. Loved everything from the drinks to the service. We had two specials scallops and chicken parm pizza. Full table of steaks, mash, mac and cheese and some veggies. And desserts. My only caveat was for a $70 steak I expected it to have actual flavor and not taste like a charred piece of meat.“
“Vegetarian options: Once again I am forced to review under googles ridiculous & clueless guidelines! IT'S NOT ABOUT "vegetarian" options it's about the VEGAN OPTIONS! When is totally uninformed deference going to be recognized?!?!?!Refuge has a separate VEGAN menu that while not extensive is certainly good enough if not eating here weekly!At least The Refuge is aware that vegetarian is only half way there in a Environmental, Health and most of all an Ethical person's knowledge.The sauteed 'chicken' & vegs is an extremely generous serving & absolutely delish. The 'macro' bowl is also large & perfect, though night we were there they evidently were out of raddicho & the arugula was past prime. I'd still order again as the dressing was best ever!My friend & I split both & were VERY satisfied. My only caviate is that they have the music so terribly loud it's impossible to have a conversation & there isn't even anywhere to dance!!!“
“Hands down the best pizza place in the area. I tried the others nearby but after trying victors it’s all I will eat. They have a big selection of slices available , I usually get the brick oven pizzetta which is delicious. Their garlic knots are some of the best around. They also have pasta nights and chicken nights where there are specials on those dishes. It can be extremely busy sometimes, but the service is good and the guys behind the counter are all funny and treat you like family. Highly recommend!“
“My friends and I enjoyed our food at LaPiazza. While everything was good, it wasn't outstanding. This is a good local restaurant, their menu offers a nice selection of food. The prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area. Which are predominantly high. We had 4 main couses, no appetizers, one salad (which my friend asked if they could split so she could share with her husband. She was told there's an up charge for that.)Monday nights offer a perk of 50% off of wine over $50/bottle, which we took advantage of. Again only main courses & discounted bottle of wine. Bill was $130 a couple.“
“This is under new ownership and decided to try it. It is very clean and the new owners are very nice and friendly. Their breakfast sandwich tasted great and was perfectly cooked and the price was more reasonable than most other delis I have been to by a few dollars. Besides sandwich’s and typical deli salads what makes them stand out is their Korean options. I tried their Korean fried chicken and it was delicious. Definitely recommend trying it if you want something different.“
“Seated immediately. Drinks arrived promptly. Had to ask for water refills, then they began to be automatic. Appetizers ordered. Good portions and delicious but a tad too much garlic on the baked clams. Salmon a bit dry. Small portion of ice cream for affogato , I've had larger. Noise level a bit high. Will return.“
