Love this place!Our favorite seafood place for the past 34 years!Parking: The parking stinks always has. Valet is okay, didn't use. They were busy. We had to park across Wantagh Avenue, in front of residential property.
I heard that this restaurant is good so I checked it out. This restaurant is located in Long Island. I ordered grilled octopus, jambalaya side spinach, tail shrimp vodka, chocolate fondant, and aperol spritz. Food tasted very fresh & delicious. Service was great. Lots of seatings inside. Good to make reservations.

Very good food at Popei's starting with their garlic+ bread. I had the lobster and shrimp stuffed penne in vodka sauce - hearty, tender, perfectly cooked seafood without that rubbery feeling in a fantastically creamy sauce. I sliced my stuffed penne into diagonal strips and every bite was amazing. Others had the crab leg and steak special; crab wasn't as good as my shrimp and lobster being a little over-boiled perhaps but the skirt steak had great flavor and chew.
