“Went at a busy time with my 91 year old dad. The owner immediately brought him a chair as we had a bit of a wait and made accommodations to get him seated as soon as she could. She checked on him periodically, held the door for him and couldn’t have been more kind. Added bonus is the food was amazing as it always is!“
“We were going to a friend's home for dinner on Thursday night and I was to bring appetizer and vegetable, which I couldn't cook working fulltime. I ordered all 3 calamari options, fried calamari, calamari arrabiata and calamari gorgonzola. All three were delicious and a big hit but I personally am OBSESSED with the gorgonzola dish. It was amazing!!! Never had anything like it. I thought it sounded odd but it's now my favorite!!! The mushrooms in garlic and oil were absolutely delicious as well!!! Awesome homemade food here!“
“My 4 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac. She loves her pizza so we tried a bunch of places to find a gluten free pizza she would like. She had regular Calda pizza before the diagnosis, so it was no surprise the only gluten free pizza she loved was from Calda. We pick some up to bring to her daycare for pizza fridays just about every week! Unless we have leftovers from earlier in the week! She loves it reheated in the oven just as when we get it fresh! Thanks everyone at Calda for unknowingly making a great gluten free pizza our daughter loves!!“
“Plain slice is definitely cheesy, chewy, oily delicious. The Caesar salad slice was a hit with my two girlfriends. The service was quick and the location was convenient especially after an hour and half at the bridal salon across the street. The 5 stars truly comes from the lady who works the front. She was so kind to everyone who stepped in and worked efficiently as it got kinda poppin' as we sat and ate. Great spot for a quick slice.“
“This honestly the only pizzeria I will want to go to. Compared to other places like Phil's, Luigi's, Umbertos, Caldas, Riella's, this is my absolute favorite pizzeria ever. The guys in there are super nice, the pizza is NEVER burned, when I tell you these people CLEAN their freaking ovens! Marinara I can tell is not cheap or fake. They also have these stuffed garlic knots filled with cheese, Chefs kiss, I don't know any other pizzeria on LI with cheese-knots. They also have Hispanic-cultured food like empanadas, and once a week they have churros which are pretty good. They have a good variety of pizzas including like a salad pizza, rigatoni pizza, it's a small restaurant but they really offer a lot. This is my favorite place to ever go to, they really dominate against competitors. 10/10“
“If you want great pizza from Massapequa, this is your place! I’ve tried some places close by, and they definitely do not compare to the quality that is served at this location. Best pizza, fast service, a great amount of seating in the front, and the back! All around a great place!“
“A nice night out starts with good friends to accompany you. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly as well as professional. The food was fresh and prepared as ordered at a comfortable pace. This local Italian restaurant worth a visit on any occasion even if just to dine in or take home. Full bar adds to your enjoyment of the meal.Enjoy.“
“Gregorio’s is the best, and Brian is a class act! He really came through for my family for a last minute dinner delivery and I’m so grateful for his kindness and willingness to help! Brian is a true asset!!Food is spectacular as well!! Thank you Gregorios, and thank you Brian!!!“
“Been coming here my whole life Mike takes pride in his place sauce is always good old school with a lot of garlic the way I like it and there menu is is old school as it gets I always get pasta fagioli and trippa in red sauce mop it up with some nice garlic bread and a nice piece of cheesecake or cannoli with come sambuca and espresso“
“Some of the best speciality squares in the area. Their regular pies are great to, a slightly thinner crust than the traditional NY slice. Service counter is always on top of their game cause the place can get packed, so staff is always working hard to get you your order done. Only a handful of high tops inside to eat your slice at but the business is set up perfectly to go in and grab your order on the go, but in the nicer weather they do a great job setting up picnic tables.outside to enjoy great pizza and the warm weather. Very clean as well.“
