“Just went there today with some coworkers for sit down lunch in the back. It was clean and looked very nice. Our waiter was super friendly and brought us water and bread and some garlic knots!!! We had fried calamari which was light and crispy, mozzarella sticks (cheese was soft and melted on the inside) and the bruschetta (fresh and tasted ok). I ordered the chicken marsala which was very tasty. Several people ordered salads which looked very large and good as well. Definitely would consider returning with my family one day when we're craving Italian“
“We arrived at this place for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we felt good. The meal was great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.“

“I ordered a pizza for delivery and they forgot to put the plastic structure on top of the pie. The delivery guy put the soda on top of the box causing it to cave in. All the cheese got stuck to the top of the box. I’ve complained about this before but apparently it fell on deaf ears.“

“Saturday evening dinner without a reservation. Walking in, my eyes immediately gravitated to the pictures of the owners and the many celebrities that have eaten and visited there before. The bar area is very nice and large, with TVs playing sports and news. We were greeted, welcomed and seated immediately. The dining area is very large and decorous. The tables large enough to sit us all. My cousin-in-law and his family frequent the restaurant and he practically knows everyone there, so as we sat, we were introduced to the owners and pretty much about a half dozen waiters and other staff members. All were extremely friendly and welcoming. As expected with all family style restaurants, the tables are very close to one another but positioned in a way that still allowed for ample space for you to move and sit comfortably. When we sat, there were hardly any people there, but within an hour it was full of patrons and large families. It was loud, but manageable. The food was unbelievably delicious. I haven't had true traditional family style Italian food in a long time. From the Fried Calamari and cold antipasto appetizers, to our Veal Parmigiana, Penne allá Vodka with Shrimp and prosciutto entrees. Paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon Palermo Napa, I truly enjoyed my meal. I haven't enjoyed food this good in a long time. My girls shared a huge plate of Chicken fingers and fries, and they loved it. I highly recommend anyone who's in the area to dine here. You won't regret it. Thank you for a great meal and patronage.“
“Very good food at Popei's starting with their garlic+ bread. I had the lobster and shrimp stuffed penne in vodka sauce - hearty, tender, perfectly cooked seafood without that rubbery feeling in a fantastically creamy sauce. I sliced my stuffed penne into diagonal strips and every bite was amazing. Others had the crab leg and steak special; crab wasn't as good as my shrimp and lobster being a little over-boiled perhaps but the skirt steak had great flavor and chew. Most entrées hovered around $30. Would absolutely return.Note they have valet parking due to its popularity and limited parking space - so bring some small bills.“
“We hosted our daughter's first birthday here with 40 people on a Sunday afternoon. Working with Ervis and Gabriella was fantastic -- great communication and very flexible. The event turned out better than we could have expected. The food is AMAZING. Everybody is still raving about it and a few of our family members have already been back!
