I chose Steak Au Poivre from the Prix Fixe, husband and daughter had Chicken Cordon Bleu and Chicken Cacciatore. Everything was excellent and our server, Cathy, was fantastic.“

“Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

“My go to place for special occasions. Mike always makes us feel at home. Not only is the food fantastic, but the staff is helpful and kind. They even went out of their way to help my handicap mother get in and out of the car! Food is delicious and tons of variety when compared to the standard Italian restaurant. “We were traveling to the area from out of state for a family gathering, if we were going to Long Island I wanted real Italian Food. After research found this spot, made a reservation based on an estimate on when we would be getting into town.
Ended up being earlier than anticipated, called the restaurant they were able to accommodate my husband and I earlier. Along the way a family member was also getting into town and wanted to join us for dinner, they were able to adjust the reservation on the fly to accommodate us.
The wait staff was awesome. Explained the menu, specials.
Food was delicious.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxed, welcoming. We were able to sit and visit with family without feeling rushed. It was an awesome experience! Wished we lived local to be able to visit more!“

“We moved off Long Island over 8 years ago and always loved la Parma when we lived here even though it was an hour drive for us to enjoy the amazing food. This time when we came up to visit for Christmas we knew we had to get there for a great dinner. I can easily say it still is one of the best places to get amazing Italian food around. The Chicken Napoli was phenomenal and there is nothing like their penne à la vodka! The drinks were great and service was top notch. We also happened to go the day after Christmas when we got lots of snow and the car valet even brushed off our car! We were so happy to not feel rushed because we were there with great friends and just really enjoying ourselves! We can’t wait to come back and visit from Georgia to have their food again!“

“I had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Zona last night. I was originally booked to have the party on Saturday, but the bride came down with the flu. Gianna was so helpful and accommodating. She was able to change the date for me without hesitation. The day of the affair, the staff was so helpful in getting the room set up for us. Our waitress, Jodi, was absolutely incredible. She made sure that our guests had a fresh drink before they even realized their drink was empty. The food was delicious and plentiful. But most of all, the service that Jodi provided to us was outstanding. I would book another event at Zona without hesitation.“

“My wife and I had a healing, incredible meal here. Yes, the food is delicious and well made with generous portions. I can personally recommend the salmon and the pastas. My wife loved the chicken and the soup. The cheesecake is the best we've ever had. The drinks are strong and delicious and well made.

But what's makes this place stand out is the people. The owner loves the food he is making and cares for his staff. The staff seem happy and their energy and joy come across everywhere. We stayed past closing time chatting and eating and drinking.

We had explored several different restaurant options and when we arrived at Mangia e Bevi on Mothers' Day we were immediately greeted by the assistant manager Debbie. She enthusiastically explained the menu options, showed how the tables would be set up and, even, introduced us to the team members who would be our servers. We were not only impressed by how beautiful the restaurant is, but how genuine and forthright Debbie was.
