I ordered a pizza for delivery and they forgot to put the plastic structure on top of the pie. The delivery guy put the soda on top of the box causing it to cave in. All the cheese got stuck to the top of the box. I’ve complained about this before but apparently it fell on deaf ears.
Finally found amazing pizza here in Nassau County that is comparable to Rosa's in Queens! I'm so happy! If I could give them 10 stars I would! We got the upside down Sicilian. Wow!!!

Usually great place Work at offices across the street. Today,ordered at 3pm for a 6 30 delivery, came at 7 15. Called, sorry, mix up which order was delivered first. Food cold, cheese cake was melting being in box of hot food for 45 minutes. Portions not the same, not as broned as before. Prices up, like everything else. However, disappointed in phils.
