I ordered a pizza for delivery and they forgot to put the plastic structure on top of the pie. The delivery guy put the soda on top of the box causing it to cave in. All the cheese got stuck to the top of the box. I’ve complained about this before but apparently it fell on deaf ears.

Finally found amazing pizza here in Nassau County that is comparable to Rosa's in Queens! I'm so happy! If I could give them 10 stars I would! We got the upside down Sicilian. Wow!!!

Placed a Seamless order at 4:20pm. Really rainy night so we expected long delays. Waited until 6pm before calling for status. Girl who answered the phone (very nice) confirmed the address and said it was out for delivery. At 6:50pm we called back, girl who picked up couldn’t find our order. She put someone else on the phone (who is not at all nice) who proceeded to advise us that they never received our order. We asked why we were told the order was on its way an hour earlier. He essentially said they just assumed it was out for delivery because “the rack was empty”. Then he asked us why we wouldn’t just call the restaurant - “I don’t understand why you would use Seamless”. (Why participate with Seamless if you’re going to berate your customers for using it?) We said “so that’s it?” Hoping he would try to make it right. He says “pretty much”. We told him we’ll be calling Umbertos instead and then he hung up on us.Even though we didn’t get our order, I would have considered going back to Phil’s in the future. After the conversation we just had, however, I will NEVER step foot in that place again.

Over priced!!! Two pies of pizza are almost $40 dollars!! That is ridiculous!! It’s not Covid-19 anymore, you don’t need to jack the prices up. To sum it up, I do not recommend unless you want to spend $40 dollars on sauce, dough, and cheese.
Terrible!! The food isn’t anything special and over priced. One white pie of pizza is $32!! Like what the hell are you putting on it, gold??!! I will never go back here are recommend it to anyone save your money somewhere else.

The food was good, the service was the worst I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on their website for delivery, got a text that it will be an hour. After an hour I called them, and they told me I never placed the order, while I was looking at the charge on my credit card. Then they told me, you can't place orders on their website, and I never placed the order. Then finally after going back & forth with the guy on the phone, he told me the order never printed out, he'll make it now and deliver it. No apology giving, basically called me a liar the whole time, food is good, customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Go elsewhere, I know I am.

0 Stars if i could. this restaurant PRETENDS it has GLUTEN FREE food. they are completely careless when it comes to food allergies. Its fine if an establishment doesn't have options for others but to PRETEND you do is wrong. I will be calling EVERY department I can to report this. People with celiac can end up in the hospital from cross contamination. Gluten allergies vary from person to person. PLEASE TAKE DOWN THAT YOU'RE A GLUTEN FREE EATERY ..bc you are NOT.

Phil Pizzeria Wantagh- It there was a way to give negative stars, I would. It’s fraudulent to charge when there was no delivery. We were without pizza at a birthday party and on top have been charged $70 on the credit card. Very very disappointing and when called, they don’t even acknowledge to resolve.
