Dario's is an excellent Italian restaurant in Rockville Center, known for its delicious and authentic food, outstanding service, and old-school ambiance. The restaurant has been a local gem for decades and offers an impressive wine list, including a great selection of Amarone. While pasta is not typically included with entrees, it can be ordered separately. The restaurant is small, quiet, and cozy, with tuxedo-clad servers who fillet fish table-side and prepare excellent veal dishes. Last orders are taken at 8:30 pm, and the restaurant closes promptly at 9 pm.
