Giulio Cesare on Long Island offers the best Italian food around. They have a secret bowtie pasta with meatballs appetizer that's a must-try. The Caesar salad is fantastic, and the veal piccata is a favorite, just remember to request capers. The veal parmigiana and veal Milanese are both delicious, and don’t forget the softest fluffy Gnocchi with meat sauce on the side. The stuffed shells and carbonara are also delicious, and guests can even pick the type of pasta for their dish. It's a classic Italian restaurant with excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The crowd might be older, but it doesn’t matter when the experience is this good. The ambiance is charming and cozy yet classy. The mussels, baked clams, clams posillipo, and halibut oreganata are all amazing choices. With top-notch service, Giulio Cesare is a five-star dining experience worth returning to.
