They are very fast. I order my food on the app, since there are better deals that way, just minutes before I enter and the food is ready when I go in. These days, you can't beat 3 pieces of chicken for $5. That deal is available on the app only.
I came at 10:30pm .. lady up front just staring at me saying someone will take my order.. waited 5 mins WITH NO CUSTOMERS .. a guy comes out the office and says order on the machine.. I laughed and said is this always like this he told me forget it took my order walked away and told me to take my own receipt and wait… lmao wow great employees
I was extreme satisfied with my service today at this Popeye’s location. As you enter, you’re welcomed by a clean and pleasant space while listening to cool, calming music. As I placed my order, Brandon was very patient and insightful of the menu, providing great customer service. I needed extra assistant and Jenny the manager was kind and accommodating. I will definitely keep coming back!!
