“This location has been around for a very long time, about 40-50 years & the food is good & prices are reasonable. I've been eating here since I was a kid! The place is neat & clean & the staff is friendly & accommodating. The chicken or shrimp dishes are pretty good & I think they serve beer (plz verify). I definitely recommend them.

“I was really impressed with the experience. The service was extremely fast, and the staff was very nice. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious—everything, including my blackened tenders, was freshly made. Portion sizes were generous as well.
The only issue we encountered was the seating. It’s a busy location, and while we ordered the food to eat in. We were a group of 7 and there weren’t enough seats available. Even the stool area lacked high chairs, so some of us had to either stand or sit against the wall, which was a bit uncomfortable. When we asked if there were any extra chairs, the staff said that what’s out is all they have. (They need more)

“Great place for a quick lunch, or to Uber when you’re sick, lazy, or starving!

I buy about 5 chicken burgers a week from them, 4 out of 5 times they ARE a little tough, as they probably have been sitting out for a while.

The Spicy Hot Chicken Meal, is excellent. You just need lots of sauce for it, as it is dry rub. Great for the price.

Mashed potatoes are amazing, just wish there was more gravy, and the biscuits lacked flavor. But great consistency, temp and quality.“

By the time you get it home it’s usually soggy and not as crispy as you’d want it butttt… This Chicken Holiday has always been consistent when it comes to keeping their chicken crispy! Been coming here for a couple years now and they never disappoint. We usually get only breasts and fries and they’re delicious every single time. We do Nathan’s fries since they’re crispy and soft at the same time, plus who doesn’t love the little red pitchforks that come with them. Besides the food being good and always on point, the best part is their customer service. On 2 separate occasions I just so happen to spark up a convo with the people at the counter, I’m guessing it was the owners on both occasions. Very friendly, incredibly generous and you can tell they care. Will keep coming back for sure ??“

“Came in once last week and once yesterday, a bit later during the night. Since it was this late on a Sunday I didn’t expect the food to taste that fresh. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place. The manager was very nice and I could tell he’s trained his workers well. Will be coming agian.“

“The ppl are professional and friendly. The boy prepared the beverage for us put very little ice in our cups, which was good. I asked him to change the wings to legs, he had no problem with that. I can tell the ppl working there cover each other. The place is relatively new and clean.“

“I have always said that the service should be complete, especially in the food sector, and I really like the food at this place, but especially the attention they always provide, I could only talk about Miss Edith, since every time I come she is 100% attentive and kind, she always has a smile on her face and is always willing to offer options. She is the only one who makes this place a pleasure to always come to eat or take away. But I must also clarify that when the other person who serves is there on the days that Edith is not there, I prefer to turn around and go somewhere else, I do not like to enter a place where they do not even greet you and are not friendly. “This is one of the few Popeyes that partly secure their delivery bags. Some of the others just hand it to the delivery drivers wide open!! It’s 2024 customers food should be secured!! I also got an order from Starbucks and the bag was secured!! I don’t understand how the all the Popeyes restaurants can’t adapt this in their Uber delivery service. It’s very sickening to receive an open bag food from a complete strangers. I always avoid ordering from the restaurants that doesn’t secure the bag at all.“

“If you're picking up dinner, Grand Avenue in Baldwin is a great place to hit around 4-4:30. Not crowded, food is freshly prepared and I'm always greeted with a smile. Manager runs an excellent shift!!! Dining area is spotless, definitely well cleaned yo Covid19 standards. It was always well maintained, but you can clearly see they adhere to new stricter cleaning standards. Prices have gone up (what else is new, like everywhere else). There is no more 8 piece bucket specials, but occasionally there is an app deal which includes a free sandwich or once I bought a deal which included a drink in a soft storage pack. Nonetheless, it's worth the trip and the extra dollars!“
