“I’m originally from Long Island and was visiting staying at a hotel nearby. This place is hands down is the best Chinese Food ever! Their wonton soup is big and doughy! Other places make them light which I’m not crazy about. Everything here otherwise is excellent and the staff are very nice. We hadn’t delivered to our hotel and it didn’t take long. “From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, this restaurant was amazing. Monroe’s offers a cozy feel, with amazing staff and welcoming smiles. We started out with drinks and appetizers. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us to delicious appetizer choices. I had the eggplant rollatini special and my dad had the clams orreganata. I order items with vodka sauce quite frequently and this was the best I have ever had. It was smooth and creamy with amazing flavor! The homemade focaccias bread was delicious and airy, the perfect piece of bread to soak up the remainder of the sauces from our appetizers (because it was too good to leave a single drop). For dinner I ordered the skirt steak, medium rare. The marinade was sensational, and the skirt steak cut like butter! It was cooked to perfection. Even the vegetables and potatoes it came with were delicious. My dad ordered the penne Ala vodka and added chicken cutlet to the dish. He couldn’t stop raving about it. We were so full after our appetizers and main entrees, but the dessert menu was too tempting. We shared a slice of the raspberry cheesecake and oh my goodness, if you like cheesecake, order this! They make it in house and it was the perfect sweet treat to end our dining experience. I paired it with a cappuccino. Monroe’s doesn’t disappoint, even to the last detail. My cappuccino had a cute cinnamon heart on top. Overall, Monroe’s was truly a delightful and pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all of our friends and family!“

From the second he greeted us he was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive without ever being overbearing. He knew the menu inside and out, made thoughtful recommendations, and timed everything perfectly so our drinks, apps, and meals all arrived right when they should.

“We literally come from Queens to this Blimpie shop all the time because we crave the delicious sandwiches.

Cleanliness: Firstly, the hygiene. The restaurant is so clean. You can tell all the meats and the veggies, everything is so fresh.

Accuracy: All the sandwiches are always done right. It’s perfect because we often don’t even get to open our bag until we get to the house. They honestly don’t get anything wrong.

Staff: The staff is so nice. And they’re so accommodating. They have Halal meats, which just means fresh amazing cold cuts. Thank you!“

“We had a great experience at El Mercadito! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented with vibrant colors. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

The portion sizes were excellent, giving great value for the price. Everything we ordered was full of flavor, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend El Mercadito if you’re looking for amazing food and outstanding service!

My only feedback is that there is just one restroom shared by both men and women. The restroom was very clean, but personally, I would have preferred separate restrooms.“

“I love this place! however my last visit was just mediocre, which was disappointing since I rave about this place and finally brought my parents to try. The fries were soggy, and my parents food was just slightly warm. The waitress Sofia gave my daughter a free ice cream scoop coin which was nice but then we were charged for the ice cream! Also they did away with the gouda fries which were amazing!! they need to bring them back asap! I hate when restaurants take things off their menus that so many people love.“
