We hadn’t tried southern Indian food so it was nice to have assistance with what to choose. We had our first idly and dosa. Delicious! We will be back to try new things!“

“The ambiance of Cha Menya is aesthetic, beautiful and relaxing. The service and food were impeccable! We had the karage and ika for starters. They were delicious! The ika especially exceeded my expectations. For mains we had the triple shrimp and the tsukemen. Both were delicious but my favorite was the tsukemen. Everything in both ramen's were cooked perfectly and the both was amazing.“
“This was the first time I dined at this establishment. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. A nice vibe. I had the buffalo chicken ranch salad which exceeded my expectations. The salad had avocado, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, bits of sweet potatoes and the chicken was tender and juicy. This is the best salad I have ever eaten! The flavors danced in your mouth. My husband had the chicken panini made with pita. It was extraordinarily good. The juices are made fresh and a must try. This place has great choices and something for everybody. “They have healthy vegan food which is rare in this neighborhood. On top of that the vegan food tastes identical like real meat. “We were in Hicksville and wanted some snacks for afternoon. We saw this place and wanted to try it. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went for just one item and we ended having three. The most important thing we noticed was their quantity. We had dabeli in so many places but we couldn’t finish this one . As they filled it so much . Their noodles were very tasty, made fresh and they gave lotsss of them. We really enjoyed their food and will definitely go back“
“Ate lunch here today. We ate Kung Po Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Tasty mock chicken...had a real meat feel too... sauteed vegetables served fresh (didn't taste re-cooked.) Sauce was flavorful and wasn't greasy at all. Hostess was helpful making suggestions. Server attentive, refilling water glass without being prompted. I'll make a point to eat here when I'm in the neighborhood. Nice atmosphere.Thoughtful post on door not to park in lot across the street (your car will be towed) and hostess cautioned us too when we entered.“
“It's a very simple low-key restaurant. The food tastes very good and the prices are very reasonable.I usually eat masala dosa and idli sambar. Last time, I ordered lemon rice, which I did not enjoy as much. I felt they had extra oil, and it was little too lemony for my taste.There is usually ample parking around the restaurant.We drive from 30 min away to dine here and will continue to do it.“

“We'd been curious about this for a while, and yesterday we decided to give it a try. There was plenty of parking alongside the eatery, but getting to it was a life challenging event. We had studied the menu in advance, so had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. My crispy chicken salad was as generous as it was delicious. Same story with her buffalo cauliflower salad. The only problem with the house-made dressings, was that you could only pick one. I splurged a little to get a berry smoothie, which was the perfect complement to our meal, and plenty big enough for the two of us. The only negative I can think of was the cold temperature in the dining area. The staff was pleasant and patient with these two first timers. Very reasonable tab for a great meal. If health food was always this good, I'd lose 30 pounds.“

“I really enjoy salads and when my coworker wanted to go to Chopt for lunch, I quickly responded with a 'SURE'. As much as I go to the Willis Row for CVS or Starbucks, I've never stopped into Chopt. I was helped by Guy, who was very understanding when I told him I'd never been and wasn't too adventurous with my salad toppings. With his help I decided on a Cobb salad, sans the blu cheese, and heavy on the dressing. The romaine lettuce was very fresh, not too wet .. I don't like my greens slopping wet with water. All the ingredients were all very fresh but my only complaint was the avocado, which wasn't completely ripe. Will I return, most definitely.“
