About Youta Ramen

Youta Ramen offers excellent quality food in a Japanese retro atmosphere, with super friendly staff who are always ready to help with selections. This restaurant features various noodle options, including vegetarian choices like Soy broth ramen and Shittakke dishes. Standouts include the spicy tonkotsu ramen, which has a soup that is hot enough, and assorted tempura, considered the best in New York—light, crisp, and not oily at all. The tempura is authentic Japanese style, resembling the taste from Tokyo. The ramen is rich and flavorful, with a variety of textures from the noodles, mushrooms, and tempura. The Mushroom Bun is a popular starter, featuring a fluffy bun, fresh greens, umami mushrooms, sauce, and cheese. Adding an egg to the ramen is recommended, as it is perfectly cooked. The Katsu curry rice is crunchy on the outside with soft and juicy meat, while the Una Don has flavorful unagi. The Shishamo tempura is fresh and hot, tasting great with lemon juice and mayo sauce. For dessert, the mango parfait is highly praised for its freshness and creaminess, and there are plans to try the matcha parfait. The cucumber wasabi highball is a refreshing drink to enjoy alongside the meal, making Youta Ramen a great spot for both casual dining and date nights.

Genuine Ramen with pork broth that’s seasoned to perfection.

Well One YouTa!
Great food here. They need a bit more space. It’s semi tight in there and always a group waiting outside. Nonetheless it’s great. They have something for everyone. My favorite dish is the tako wasa. It’s so easy to make but i don’t think any Japanese restaurant in Long Island have it.
This new ramen spot on Long Island is probably the best I’ve ever had. The broth is rich and clean, and the matcha is also fantastic. I highly recommend it.
