I wanted to know if this would live up to it's high rating so decided to give it a try. I went on a Wednesday at 11:30am. There is parking across the street, behind the building. It's municipal 1 hour free parking. There is metered 2 hour parking in the front. While we were there, we were the only dine in customers. They were doing a lot of take out. We had the dumplings and the ramen. There was a lot of ramen. The pork was tender and juicy. The egg was creamy and not at all salty. The broth was the star. It was flavorful but not salty. It had depth. I could do with less oil but that's a tiny complaint. It lived up to the hype.Parking: Free one hour parking across the street. Metered two hour parking in the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight but doable.

Went here after the billiard game with friend.Place is a bit tight but the vibe is great.Come for the Black Garlic Ramen, but the Una Don is unexpected delicious. Assorted tempura is delicious as well.Matcha Parfait is interesting and nice to wrap up for the dinner.The rest is ok. But highly recommended. Worth to try!

We were in the area craving ramen, and we are glad we came to this place. It's not only the ramen that is good, but all the food on the menu we tried. Their dessert is my all-time favorite! The servers are also lovely, and they take care of you without feeling rushed, even though we always go during peak hours. We also love the restaurant's aesthetic, which feels like you are in Japan.

I've ordered takeout from Youta Ramen multiple times, as well as dined in, and must say that they are one of the more "authentic" ramen spots in the nabe. My family's go-to's are the Youta, Black Garlic and Shoyu Truffle ramens and they're super flavorful, each having their own distinct flavors. The owner even decorated the place with products shipped from Japan, truly bringing me back to an amazing trip. I've also tried their bao and multiple appetizers, none of which disappointed.

Omg this place is so cute. I need to go again the ramen was so good and they have so many cute drink options that are super tasty. Not to mention ramen was amazing along with the appetizers but they also have so many delicious and cute desserts. The ambience of the place is so cute with a cool wallpaper and the servers are super nice and attentive. Gotta check this place out

Another great spot here in Mineola. They have a pretty hip decore. The service was excellent, they were not crazy busy but was attentive. Food was good, they have few selections but straight to the point goodies you find at a ramen spot. I loved the shrimp bun!

Stopped by tonight. There were four of us. Small place but quite nice, anime theme. We had the dumplings, gyoza, the fried chicken apps. All were fantastic. Next we each enjoyed a bao bun. Those were great as well. Lastly we each had a different ramen dish. All four weee great. I see why they get such great reviews. Definitely will return.
