Punta Cana Dominican Grill Reviews
The food is good but the manager Stacy and catering service is terrible. I always order and bought food for my events here. Not anymore as long as this manager is working here. Food is delivered late. If you pick up is late. And they give you the bags missing the items. When you complain they said "it's your fault if you want come back again...."
Stacy lacks a lot of customer service skills.
I had rotisserie chicken, pernil, empanadas (beef, cheeseburger, pepperoni pizza, chicken fajita), mac n cheese, white rice, yellow rice, beans and I chose green sauce.
Their chicken fajita empanadas are stupid delicious. The homemade green sauce I can drink. The pernil is great on its own but eaten WITH the mac n cheese?! Pfft. Must have.
Everything was great. Will definitely make a point to go back a few times before I move.

Punta Cana Dominican Grill is a popular spot for satisfying, filling meals at a reasonable price. The empanadas are a definite highlight, and the Tres Leches Cake for dessert is a real treat. The service is friendly and quick, with generous portions that can easily be split into two meals. The atmosphere is cozy, with a small space and a few tables, but it has a welcoming vibe. The menu features delicious Dominican cuisine, including baked chicken, plantains, and mac and cheese, which are usually tasty, though some find the chicken a bit dry and the skin thick. Customers enjoy their green and pink sauces, and the cana splash drink is highly recommended. Recent visitors praised the food, especially the jerk chicken with white rice, black beans, plantains, and mac and cheese, calling it delicious and satisfying. The flan for dessert is also described as mouthwatering. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing quick service and generous portions. Even when there was a technical issue with an order, the staff kindly offered a free meal and handled the situation with empathy. Overall, Punta Cana Dominican Grill offers quality Dominican food that hits the spot, whether for quick dining or takeout, and is especially good for those craving flavorful, hearty meals.
