“So happy we stumbled across this place. Our new go to for sandwiches. We get chicken cutlet, fresh mozz, pickles, hot sauce and pickles on a hero. Generous size sandwich for $10. Love it! Good chicken salad too. I always see people in there getting pizza pies so I'm curious how those are. Family owned. Good greek cookies too. Doesn't look like much from the outside but definitely worth a try!“
“Nice Italian neighborhood restaurant with a family dining appeal. Large dining area with wait service. Menu had plenty of options - but we were focused on the pizzas. Table bread and butter worked up an appetite, but lacked the fresh baked aroma. Calamari and chicken Francese pizzas were pretty awesome and very different. A little tough to eat the slices with the heavy and saucy toppings, but a fork and knife worked like a charm. Happy to return for another round.“
“I had to get a catering order in quickly for a weekday event. The gentleman who took care of my order was so helpful. He offered choices that were good for the event size and type. The storefront is a little difficult to get to during dinner time because it shares the parking lot with a very popular restaurant that does a valet service for their patrons, which means cars and crammed and lined up where you need to go. Villa Maria has a few of their parking spots, so as long as you're able to get through the mess in the front, there should be space in the back. They threw in garlic bread for free & made sure that the food was packaged very well. I had brought my own boxes to anticipate difficult transfer, but there was no need. Food was pretty good, stayed hot until I needed to serve it. It looks a little run down inside, but I would say this is a pretty solid joint for take-out. I would order a catering package from them again.“
“I ordered a Sicilian online with a chocolate pie and peanut butter pie piece. The pizza was a 7 out of 10. Hot, cheesy, and saucy. Could have a been a tad tastier. The desserts were very good. The driver made it under the time. He forgot forks, but came back to give us some....amazing!!! The Sicilian pie was a bit expensive at $30 in a regular pie box.“

“Eagle's Nest is an absolute gem! I was back home on Long Island for 2 days and was so lucky to attend an amazing Yelp event in Hicksville hosted by our stellar CM Jared at Kathi & Kabab. I wanted a smoothie but not just any gym juice bar wait for 25 minutes smoothie. Well, I can vouch after my 2 visits in 18 hours that the Eagle's Nest is the Best! I got the Chunky Monkey beaut on a Wednesday evening and the PB Chocolate( Reese's PB Cup OMG) when Mike the owner opened at 11 am on Thursday. I tasted the difference right away as my eyes got really big- quality ingredients, generous portions, really well blended, love the classy peanut butter streak along the length and breadth of the big cup, the taste - wow! So many great choices. Mike took his time making my sensational smoothie. The owner Mike is a lovable and fun person. He is a trained chef who ran a kitchen at a bowling alley in Brooklyn before opening this establishment 3 years ago. He is loads of fun to talk to! He wears all these gold chains and bracelets which add to his great personality and the fun menu. I made a friend as I enjoyed my drink. Carol , a regular came in while doing laundry next door and got the honey mustard turkey wrap. She was raving about it so I got one too. Love Love Love!!! You have to go to Eagle's Nest! It is just north of the Bethpage RR station in the King Kullen shopping center. 12 minutes from Hicksville, 14 minutes from Copiague and 20 minutes south of Old Brookville. Open 7 days 11-7 M to Sat and 11-3 on Sundays. Loads of parking. I can't wait to go back, hang out with the fun Mike and experience some more of his amazing delicacies and delicious and wholesome smoothies.“
“The restaurant participates in Too Good To Go, a service that has an app that connects people to restaurants to buy surplus food at a major discount, 2/3 off their regular price. The restaurant prepares the bag for you. So, you don't know what you will recieve. By participating, it prevents the restaurant from throwing away unused food.In my too good to go bag, I received 1 chicken, bacon ranch slice, pepperoni pinwheel, 6 garlic knots and 1 grilled chicken with mozzarella and roasted red peppers on a ciabatta. Haven't tried the food yet, but looks good.“
“Wow, what an incredible experience! This restaurant exceeded all our expectations. The drinks were superb, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly personable. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Every dish was a delight, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared.
