Highly recommend never ordering from this location. Their preferred method of placing pick up orders is to use Slice.
At 4:36 PM I placed an order through Slice and was shown an approximate 15 to 20 minute ETA.
25 minutes later when I still didn’t have an official pick up time, I contacted Slice and told the representative that at this point I just wanted to cancel the order.
At 5:02 I was told Slice would look into this.

They serve decent food, but in the past year alone, I’ve had pickup orders delayed and several riddled with wrong or missing items. When you complain, the staff flippantly state “mistakes happen.” In one case, I was told they were too busy to correct the delivery error and I could come in if I wanted my correct order, which is horrific customer service. No — here, mistakes are the business model.

Tony, Tony, Tony... Our party of 24 will forever be grateful to you for saving a night out with our family. When I called asking if you could accommodate a large party after plans to go into the city fell apart, you made it happen within a 1/2 hour even though you were super busy with other parties and on a Saturday night before Mother's Day.
