They took my order and just forgot about me. I sat there for close to a half hour watching them help everyone else and they just never made my food. I’ve never been to a deli before that just wouldn’t make the food i ordered.

In my numerous trips to Bagel Boss, I have found the counter people to be kind, nice & helpful. The bagels are huge & fresh. Some bagels seem to lack flavor but more then make up for it in size freshness. I find some customers to be a problem with their ridiculous expectations!
This place is an icon, and has the BEST bagels, bialys and knishes (both potato and kasha) on LI..
