This water obviously is filtered and looked after and I just want them to know it that I noticed and it's appreciated.“

It's a purely social experience - snacks, music, activities, holiday parties. The manager is one of the best human beings on the planet! “What a cute cafe!! Clean and modern. Food and desserts were delicious. So glad we decided to stop by for brunch. Drinks were so good!! We got the MBlue drink and it was very good and looked really pretty. The puff and Croffle were just the right sweetness. It was the perfect dessert after our ramen and sushi bowl. They were very good at listening to my requests of no sesame and no seaweed salad and corn. We started we baked clams and needed to ask for more bread to soak up all that delicious sauce. We both decided on pasta for dinner and both were great choices. I went with pasta rollo which was rolled up fresh lasagna. After seeing similar dishes online I always wanted to try it glad they had it and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed her pasta with chicken & broccoli. Since it was Tuesday they have pasta night and both dishes came with a nice salad.“

“Stopped here while I was in town for a work function and needed a sweet treat but wanted something that was local. The slightly older lady with brown hair and glasses who was working was super friendly and welcoming. I tried a few different flavors, as I couldn't decide and wow!!.. they were all delicious. I landed on the sea salt caramel flavor as it was fantastic and so creamy. I got a small bowl of that at a good price with great service. Definitely worth the pit stop! Plants and paintings dotted the place makes it homey.I was greeted right away and the gentleman graciously gave me time to study the menu. I ordered chai latte with oatmilk and an egg sandwich with prosciutto and avacado. “I've only been here twice so far. The first time was right when they opened and was seated right away. Food was delicious, the atmosphere was so upbeat and the staff welcoming. This last time I came later in the afternoon. Right away the I could feel how super busy they were, but it was still so upbeat. I waited for about 40min, which I felt fine with since it was a lazy Sunday. But the whole time I was aware of how cheerful and smooth everything was moving. When I got seated, food was still great, although I spied their avocado toast dish and it gave me a moment of envy. I'll be back for that. In fact, it's one of less than a handful of coffee shops/cafes on LI that even CARE about serving coffee. The coffee is expertly roasted(not a single bean over medium to be found, which is how its supposed to be) and the drinks are expertly crafted. One of the best lattes I've ever had. They constantly get new coffees in stock and get back favorites all the time. My wife and I get coffee delivered to our house upstate every couple of weeks. The food is great as well; the breakfast tacos and everything biscuit are awesome. You legitimately cannot find a better coffee shop on LI and will even have a hard time finding one this good in the city.“

However they also serve beer and cocktails alongside some quick eats such as burgers, and special menu items such as gumbo or shrimp & grits. “A million stars! First, let me start by saying that I’ve never been to a bakery that entices you with the most delicious smell upon walking in! The bakery is gorgeous filled with lots of antique fixtures and vintage wallpaper. Everything has beautiful storage and you feel like you’re transported into a different time era. The staff is so nice and so accommodating. The maple scones are excellent! I’ve never had scones in my life that were so soft on the inside and perfection on the outside. They weren’t overtly sweet either which was perfect! The thumbprints are fantastic. The chocolate cookie sandwich was also excellent! I love that they offer various other deserts such as freshly- made cakes and coffees! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to come again!“

Small, cozy, very dim lighting, has an outlet in the high top bar seating by the front windows/entrance to charge your electronics in case you’re working from there. Didn’t see any other outlets around. Wouldn’t be a cafe I necessarily work from, unless it’s a very short stay. Food was great, had the Grande BLT sandwich with grilled chicken - the bacon jam and aioli inside gave it such a great flavor. Only thing I will say is that the chicken was a little dry. The fried crispy tortilla chips it came with were delicious! Not the healthiest granted but still yummy! Haha. My partner had the egg platter with turkey sausage, which he said was said was decent. The portions were great size. The only thing is you have to go to the register to place your order and pay, and they will bring your food out. Fair prices for what you get. They sell a bit of merchandise there too. Didn’t get to try their coffee this time, but may check it out another time if in the area. Cute decor. They seem to have regulars that go there, which says a lot about the spot.Parking: I went during the day where there was parking, just either metered or capped at two hours max. Right across the street from the RVC train station, hence all the meters (same applies to the back streets behind the cafe, limited time).“

I had the salmon with stir fry vegetables and basmati rice, but it had a lot of sauce, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu and a bit spicy which is not what I usually go for - I will say it was flavorful though. There’s some indoor and outdoor seating.Kid-friendliness: Went with my kids, it’s family/kid-friendly. No separate menu for them however. But I share my meals with them, so either way it works.“

“The only place in the area to go when you're craving Italian Gelato! Their gelato more closely resembles gelato I've had in Italy, compared to other places who do not specialize in this.The staff and owners are helpful. Even though there are a million signs saying "only two samples per person", they were kind enough to give us more samples for our kids when it wasn't busy. The area is not the best for me, but if it's convenient for you, I'd definitely check them out!“

I was impressed by the fact that when we informed Stephenie that we were trying to make an 8pm movie at the Malverne cinema ?, she made sure that our food came out in a timely manner. “Depends on what you’re looking for but could suit many needs. My partner really liked the place when he first went, except for the WiFi service that he said was very spotty. He took me the 2nd time he went so I can gauge for myself what I thought of it, since I love to get outdoors and try different coffee shops in the area to work. I just found it very hard to work from here as it’s very noisy. Very hard to take a call here, much less and important one, but a great vibe for those just looking to socialize, catch up with a friend, get a coffee or something small to eat. If you’re coming to work, just be mindful that it can get loud with music and people talking around you, so be prepared to have your headphones to block it out if getting in some deep work. Prices can also be quite pricey, especially if eating something small. For 2 pastries, a latte, and an iced coffee, bill was $30, which coming from NYC, I was astonished to see in LI. It does have a lot of seating and outlets to plug into if needed. My partner even noticed someone having an in-person interview while there in suits and all, so hey I guess it can work for that too. All depends on what you’re looking for! Have a go at it.“
“The owner, Sally, was so kind and welcoming even though we arrived there 3 minutes before closing. My friend and I ordered 2 different drinks. My friend got a grapefruit “K-fruit” and I got a combination of cookies & cream AND dulce de leche BOBA. It was my first time ordering and I was surprised that I could mix flavors. Sally was very accommodating and made helpful suggestions regarding the sweetness level. The grapefruit “K-fruit” did not taste artificial and it had real fruit pulp. I was pleasantly surprised with my boba. Whenever I go to other boba tea shops, more often than not they’re overly sweet. I highly recommend Cafe Bubbly and we’ll definitely be back!“
