“I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. I talked to the manager Tanya, and explained and she remade it and remembered my order. I think I came back 15 minutes later, the manager seemed tired but was nice, quick and efficient. She deserves a raise.“

“I was shocked to FINALLY see a Firehouse Subs here on Long Island. It's about time! This is a legendary Sub chain that started in Florida. What makes them different is that they steam their meats in a steamer machine, and it makes for such a good flavor profile. I'm happy to report that what I tasted at this location matches the quality of the original shops down in Florida. I really wish the shop were a standalone and not stuck inside a Bolla Market. They deserve better. Try their Hook & Ladder. It's the best.“
