“We literally come from Queens to this Blimpie shop all the time because we crave the delicious sandwiches.

Cleanliness: Firstly, the hygiene. The restaurant is so clean. You can tell all the meats and the veggies, everything is so fresh.

Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

After trying Pat and Gino’s in Philadelphia, and then others, I was convinced that I did not like cheese wiz on my Philly. I was wrong, hands down this is the best. Cost unfortunately remains the only barrier; over $70 to feed a family of four for lunch is a bit much. $50-60 is my top price point for a fun meal from out.“

My turkey and provolone was layered perfectly with just the right about of condiments. My boyfriend Philly cheesesteak was cooked to perfection. “I was shocked to FINALLY see a Firehouse Subs here on Long Island. It's about time! This is a legendary Sub chain that started in Florida. What makes them different is that they steam their meats in a steamer machine, and it makes for such a good flavor profile. I'm happy to report that what I tasted at this location matches the quality of the original shops down in Florida. I really wish the shop were a standalone and not stuck inside a Bolla Market. “The staff are very helpful and they all have patience, when I shop I sometimes have to hop back and forth to make the perfect combinations and I love it when the cashier tells me to take my time and not in a sarcastic way. They throw little pointers and tips if they see you need a bit of help or forgot something. You pay for what you want, high quality food.It's very clean, every few minutes I looked up I could see someone dusting the floor, fixing tables and chairs, or throwing away garbage. It's very spacious and you have more than enough room to move around. Music on the speakers are Hofstra based, with a large amount of the tracks belonging to their band. There are many different types of seating to make you comfortable from booths to stools to tables.Their soups are to kill for, I enjoy the creamy and thickness. They aren't cheap with their ingredients, such as a clam chowder will have enough pieces of clam, chicken noodle soup will have enough chicken. They make soup into what it's meant to be, delicious, creamy and heart filled. You also get to serve yourself, so just take what you enjoy the most. The brownies here are so sweet and soft to each bite. I brought a sandwich from this place to my class one time and everyone was just drawn to it's wonderful aroma. Top notch, I hope this place keeps it up because I love it.“

He was multitasking taking care of customers when the customer ordering saw a fly on his sandwich and Matthew handled it gracefully with an upbeat attitude and disposed of the sandwich in front of a line of customers including myself. After washing his hands, he took orders of several customers rewashing after each person’s order was created. He truly cares and is a genuine soul. Please recognize him.
