Matthew is an excellent rep of Subway. He was multitasking taking care of customers when the customer ordering saw a fly on his sandwich and Matthew handled it gracefully with an upbeat attitude and disposed of the sandwich in front of a line of customers including myself. After washing his hands, he took orders of several customers rewashing after each person’s order was created. He truly cares and is a genuine soul. Please recognize him.
