Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular sandwich shop that consistently delivers quality food and service. Their subs are made with fresh, generous portions of meat and served on freshly baked bread. The staff is polite and efficient, whether ordering in-store or through the user-friendly app. Favorites include the Original Italian, Tuna sandwich, and the Big Kahuna, a spicy twist on the Philly cheesesteak. Recently, the location has improved, with more friendly staff and well-made sandwiches. Customers appreciate the fresh rosemary parmesan bread when it's not stale, and many enjoy the service from employees like Tatiana and Cheyenne, who received praise for their kindness and excellent sandwiches. Steven also provided great service, making the experience enjoyable. While some have noted that a few female employees sometimes seem to have attitude issues, overall, the staff is helpful and accommodating. The location is clean and well-kept, making it a convenient choice for a quick, tasty sandwich on-the-go. Jersey Mike’s remains a reliable spot for satisfying sandwiches, especially when craving Italian meats and provolone cheese.
