It's a sandwich shop. I gave it five stars in comparison to similar places such as subway. You can find better at worse at a deli but this is convenient, especially when traveling. Very consistent from store to store throughout the tri-state area at least.

Jersey Mike's has always delivered quality food and service in our experience. The take-out has been consistently ready on time, fresh, and well-packaged. The app is simple/easy to navigate, glitch-free. We like the Original Italian with mayo, banana peppers, and jalapeños. The Tuna sandwich is another favorite, bc the tuna salad portion is generous. The Big Kahuna is our favorite hot sub- it's a Mike's Famous Philly +grilled onions/peppers, and jalapeños. While it's not really comparable to an old-school local sub shop, it's our go-to for a quick, fresh, and tasty sandwich.

terribly made classic cheesesteakthey made my sandwich wrong 5 times it is still wrongwrong bread (asked for cheese bread got classicbread)wrong cheese (put american instead of provologne)put peppers (im allergic and said no peppers)asked her to toast the bred, the fat miserable worker said we dont do that here knowing damn well that is a lie because my other wrong sandwich was hot not coldnow i have a cold philly cheesesteak with the cold non melted cheesewe call to complain they dont answer then my gf calls and they play hot potato with who answers the phone and dont show courtesy or deceny for customers

I placed an order online and it was delivered the wrong item and when I called to speak to the manager she told me that I was wrong and she was not going to fix my mistake and then she hung up on me. Truly sad customer service.

Greatest place to eat. People are friendly and upbeat. They go to joke around with each other which shows a camaraderie and a great attitude towards their customers. If you have a problem with this place? It's definitely not them. The food is very good , I recommend it highly.

Sadly whenever I have subway, I usually yuck. Jersey Mike's is yummy and the food stays down. What tells you that? Jersey Mike's is cleaner and sanitary. The sandwiches are yummy. The chocolate chip cookie is to die for. I wish they had a meatball hero.Kid-friendliness: Depends on if they like cold cuts.Parking: Plenty!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

I went in and everyone was in the back, so the girl comes out and she puts on her gloves, starts cutting my meat...she did a wonderful job, even though the acting manager did make her change the way I wanted her to cut, but they took that part off and it was looking good...then 2 more guys come from the back...they looked like they had the gloves on already doing whatever in the back. So I'm looking at the brown lettuce and the mushy tomatoes...I hadn't actually said , but he put the lettuce on and it was a turn off, not to mention the last guy who's touching the register in the same gloves he's touching my sandwich, you can see the fingerprints on the register, he touches it and then grabs the sandwich and starts cutting. I'm like I don't want that sandwich, he mumbled something, I walked out...I don't like 5 people touching and talking and laughing over my sandwich. I went to the one by the college it was my first sandwich and it was wonderful, this would've been my second. Don't go to this one in carle place.
