This is my one and only location I go to get Jersey Mike’s and I absolutely love it! It’s always very clean and the service is timely and pleasant! All the young people that work here are very nice and work efficiently They always get my order correct and even if there’s a line they’re still super pleasant! Sometimes I much rather come here than a regular Deli because everything is so fresh! Jersey Mike’s was the best thing to come to Freeport!!!
Love this location very customer friendly and pay attention to all orders going out.
The young man behind the counter this evening was RUDE. Customers asking him questions pertaining to their food he laughed, responded rudely, and when one customer asked his name immediate response was you don’t need my name. I’m sure if these customers were men he would have never responded in such a way! Service not even worth a star but the young lady preparing the sandwiches deserves some credit!
