Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular sandwich shop known for its friendly staff and clean environment. Customers appreciate the quick and efficient service, with staff members being very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about allergies. The establishment is well-maintained and organized, ensuring a pleasant experience for diners. Many reviews highlight the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken to avoid cross-contamination, making it a reliable choice for those with dietary restrictions. The team consistently gets orders right and packs everything neatly and labeled, contributing to high customer satisfaction. However, some recent changes in quality have disappointed long-time fans. One customer noted that the portion size and flavor of the turkey hero, especially the provolone cheese, had declined since a recent ownership change, with the cheese now tasting like paper and the turkey being sparse. Despite this, the bread remains fresh and enjoyable. Overall, the location receives praise for good service, cleanliness, and tasty sandwiches, making it a favorite for many, though some wish for improvements in food quality. The staff, especially the manager, is described as sweet and attentive, enhancing the overall experience.
