They treat you with respect and dignity. When you order triple chicken, they give you triple. They do not scrimp.

This is the only Mexican chain restaurant that I will go to. The other one's portions are disrespectfully small.

Atmosphere was plain Jane, a few places to sit and wait (or) eat - we ate there. Nobody really there to give service points to. I'd definitely do it again. Pricing is a little high depending on what you're getting, but I believe if you order from the App there are discounts and deals.“

“Nastiest workers I’ve ever met. Refused to take my autistic friends order due to his studder and indecievness. Anthony is the greatest roller skater and waiter of all time. Anthony deserves a raise and a statue outside of the restaurant. His enthusiasm and helpfulness is unmatched to any roller skater/ waiter I’ve ever met.“

“My husband placed an order which contained a special 2 for $6 menu item and other items. He asked for the senior discount and it was denied. Manager stated Arby policy is no discount on specials. My husband felt the rest of his order should have been discounted. Manager refused again stating policy although it is not displayed anywhere in the restaurant. He took the bag of food from my husband, refunded his money and refused to serve him and told him to get out. Great customer service? Never go there again.“
