Delicious homemade Italian food different specials every week.
We always drive by and say “we need to try”. Last night we did! The Food & atmosphere were wonderful! Family owned, delicious home cooking! Highly recommend this local gem!
I dined here with friends tonight and we were very impressed. We sat outside and our waiter was attentive and accommodating. The food and dessert was delicious! We split baked clams and a mushroom special with mozzarella and fresh tomatoes, so good! I had the grilled shrimp/calamari and grilled vegetables as an Entree, which was so fresh and tasty. L'Italiano Trattoria in Queens is a fabulous, cozy, family-run neighborhood place with consistently good, authentic, delicious food. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is friendly and attentive, making it a local gem. While parking might require a few extra loops around the block, the home-cooked dishes like Pollo alla fria and chicken piccata are highly recommended. The fresh seafood, homemade deserts, and perfectly cooked steamed veggies are worth coming back for with family and friends for a fine dining experience.
