The best tacos 🌮
Solid Mexican tacos. Had tongue, al pastor and beef. All of them were great but tongue was spectacular.
First - this food is incredible. Spent a lot of time in Houston, ATX, MX, and other taco strongholds. This is more than on par with the best of all of them. Also, fast and fresh.
Second - customer service at both locations is top-tier, from the leadership to the front-of-house.

Taqueria El Chato offers delicious tacos with top tier meat quality. Fresh grilled to order and steaming hot, the menu includes Chorizo, Al pastor, Carne asada, and tripe, the latter being a favorite for some. The small indoor space has 8 chairs and two outdoor tables, so customers need not stand. Though Los Tacos may edge it out on some meats and flour tortillas, El Chato’s tacos stand out in the Brooklyn greenpoint/williamsburg area and are worth trying.
