It’s a cool place and great drink spot, but the menu is pretty boring and food is just okay. If they revamp the menu and improved the food I’d go back. Service and atmosphere are great though
It’s hard to find a legitimately good taco spot on the East Coast. I think Playa Betty’s might just be it!The atmosphere is kitschy in the best possible way—very intentionally a beach-y CA taco shack (think Santa Cruz) dropped into the UWS!Loved the experience and it’s literally 2 min away from the Beacon and above a comedy club so it’s the perfect spot to go to dinner before a show.
