Really good tacos - I had the pork belly and the ribs, all excellently cooked. We sat at the counter and watched the chefs work. Some of the other fillings look more… adventurous. Service was fast, guac was delicious

Carnitas Ramirez is one of the most authentic taco spot I tried on the East Coast. We went there on a Saturday night and tried six different type of meats, all flavorful and melting in the mouth, with a special mention for the crispy pork belly. Do not hesitate to try the most unusual cuts! These are among the most surprising and delightful one.
