Elements Pizzeria Reviews
Elements Pizzeria is a neighborhood pizza shop that stands out by focusing on naturally fermented sourdough pizza rather than traditional New York slices. The restaurant has a modern and welcoming atmosphere with an open, clean dining room that feels equally suited for a casual lunch, dinner with friends, or family outing. While pizza is the main attraction, the menu also includes Detroit-style pies, appetizers, salads, desserts, and a selection of drinks, giving you plenty of...read full review
I came across Elements and I had to stop in! Detroit style pizza! What a great addition to the neighborhood! Hard to believe I never spotted it before! I tried the Detroit style and next time will try the traditional NY slice.
The crust was nice and airy and if you're concerned about sodium this slice was not at all salty! Generous amount of mozzarella and fresh basil and tomatoes topped the slice. Delicious!
Craft beer on tap too!

A friend brought me here months ago and I had the mushroom slice with whipped ricotta. It was devine. I have been day dreaming about is since arriving back in NY and made a special trip just for a slice! Service is always warm and friendly and this pizza is beautiful!

Elements Pizzeria is a modern and upbeat pizza spot, easily considered one of the best in the neighborhood. The restaurant is new to the pizza game and offers many options, including a rotating variety of slices and whole pies. Their signature sourdough crust is unique, excellent, and flavorful, providing a light texture and a spongy springiness. Popular menu items include the Detroit Carbonara Pizza, the Detroit Red Top with its cheese dough, and the standout Margherita slice, which is very flavorful and full of sauce. The Classic cheese slice has a decent cheese to sauce ratio, and the Garlic Knots and Cheesy Bread are also delicious and flavorful. They even offer Personal Pies, craft beer on tap, and brunch options.
The service is top-notch and staff are really nice, often bringing food to your table after you order at the counter. The space has about four booths and several tables. The pizza sauce is bright, tart, and well-balanced, while the cheese is creamy. Overall, it is a great experience with quality ingredients and noticeable care put into the dough, making it a must-visit affordable pizzeria where customers are excited to return and try everything else.
