Food is delicious 🤤 Friendly staff. I was attended by a woman called KAREN, she was so nice, always asking me if I needed something and being so servicial. I'd go back again anytime just to be attended by her. 🤗

IHOP is a kid-friendly eatery serving first-rate American cuisine in the heart of the immigrant landing zone. The restaurant is well-maintained, clean, bright, and spacious. Friendly and professional staff provide service, although some customers have noted that it can feel lazy at times. The menu offers a variety of options, including breakfast combos, strawberry cheesecake waffle, Oreo waffle, and eggs Benedict. While there are generous portions and tasty food, some meals have been reported as overcooked, with issues like burned bacon and sausages. Despite these concerns, it remains a great spot for comfort food cravings. However, visitors should be aware that street parking can be a hassle due to the busy street location. Additionally, there have been complaints regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the restroom facilities, with issues such as broken locks and a lack of paper seats needing attention.
